No hot water not hardly warm

it was close to the event we were going to

The room was outdated and our shower was filthy and had not been cleaned. Nothing was done to resolve the issue with the dirty shower.

The staff was so nice and generous. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable .Very good breakfast . My husband and I enjoyed ourselves and we'll definitely be back.

was easy to find. right off highway

Very run down. No elevator. Room was super hot! The knobs were ripped off the air conditioner and laying in the windowsill. It was very loud and on it’s last leg. We were all too warm to sleep well. The shower walls had been painted and it was chipping off. mold in cracks of shower. For a room that was supposed to sleep 4 people there were only towels for two.

Located close to my business meeting That's about it. Really - that was it.

I felt very unsafe. I was put in a room in the 2nd building in the back. No elevator to 2nd floor. Sketchy people hanging around. Dog chased me to my car. I was afraid to go outside. Room smelled of smoke. Cigarette holes in blanket. Towels were stained. Remote had no battery cover to hold batteries in. Couldn't find me at check in - had to call the manager, despite having a reservation and confirmation

I didnt like anything Pictures didn't match

The tub didn't drain properly. The toilet kept getting backed up. The bathroom door squeaked loudly.

Breakfast was poor. Prewrapped Danish which were stale and cup of orange juice does not meet standards of continental breakfast. No bananas

close to highway

pulled up with ambulance pulling out, some one overdosed. Supposedly non-smoking room, but didn't smell that way, and an ash tray on the table? Some drunk guy banging on the door at 2am.

Had to change rooms because the water in the shower did not work and the bathroom door did not close. Was told we would get good discount. But did not get because we booked thru bookings.com

Wo.rest hotel I have stayed in in years

The location was the greatest we were within 15 Miles from all attractions in all the directions the hotel was good if you didn't need anything the ice machine wasn't working, we lost power just using the microwave and the breakfast was good also considering the times we in , the front desk people were not friendly you need new staff, I wish I lived there I would apply and show them how it's done I work at a hotel in Raleigh NC myself so I know the job 🙂

the person next door have the music too loud until 3 am even tho we call the office the person never turn down the music
