We were at this condo last week and we stayed there last year in August so 2 years in a row here. This year's trip was just as glorious as last year's. We noticed a few nice improvements in the condo. We tend to have activities on both ends of the island, so this condo's central location is a great advantage. The big deck was my favorite place to sit, and the wicker chair in the living room was my second favorite. Both gave great ocean views. We even saw dolphins swim by a couple days. We cooked in most nights, and the kitchen had all the stuff we needed. We'd love to visit again next year and make it 3 years in a row.

When we arrived found no place to park under building “ c “ which we accepted because this was explained in our agreement. However three of the five days we found four different vehicles parked under our building without a parking permit and several parking areas under our building with only one car parked and blocking anybody else to park ! This was not only stressful but contrary to what the information about parking shared ! I talked to an employee about it and he told me that he could do nothing about it because he did not have that as part of his responsibilities ! The condo was very nice and clean and the location was very nice ! The television in the living room did not work, and three of the four beds were very uncomfortable and should have been replaced several years ago ! In spite of the issues described we still had a nice family time ! Not sure if we would go back .

Great place to stay! Everything was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the location. The pool heater was broke while we were there and just a little disappointed in not knowing that. But we made the best of the trip on the beach!

My Husband and I stayed here with our oldest daughter and son-in-law and our 3 grandchildren. The unit has a very tasteful beach decor and was relaxing and comfortable. My husband is somewhat disabled so the proximity of the elevator was very convenient. The unit overlooks the pool area so he was able to sit on the balcony and watch our grandchildren on the beach and in the pool. Yes they went swimming in November the pool is heated. The kitchen was well equiped. We had a slight problem with the TV but the host responded immediately. We had the greatest time. Our youngest daughter got married at Merrell Estates across the street and we could walk there. It was a very comfortable relaxing experience and would love to rent it again. My only suggestion would be some grab bars in the shower.

Beautiful view and nice layout of resort. Condo is somewhat worn and definitely needs a good cleaning. Linens are old and some had holes, carpets are very stained. Windows have broken seals and can't see the beautiful beach. Master bath toilet and tub have black scum. Windows would not open for fresh air or safety. Deck chairs have peeling paint. The resort also needs some updating and general fixes (railings are not secure and quite wobbly in places. Pool bathroom and pool area are in need of cleaning also.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. You cannot beat the location and the ocean views from the balcony. The condo is very comfortable and nicely decorated. There are many thoughtful touches, such as extra towel hooks in the bathrooms and on the backs of doors - much needed in a beach condo. The beds are nice and comfy. The check in/check out process is super easy and convenient. The ocean club property is very nice. The pools are wonderful, the elevator up to the 3rd floor and luggage cart are huge conveniences. This is definitely our favorite place to stay at the beach, and we’ve tried several other condo rentals and hotels.

We love this beach front unit! This was our third year staying in this well equipped beach vacation rental. There was plenty of room for 5-6 adults and 1 enfant. The beds are very comfortable. The view is spectacular and the beach and pool access is very convenient from this unit. We always enjoy our stay here. Arrival and departure is so easy because you don’t have to go to a rental office to check in and out!
We very much appreciate that the rates stayed the same as last year while other beach rental places have doubled the rates.

This was our first VRBO experience. It exceeded my expectations for the ease of checking in and out and the overall experience. The condo had a nice layout, was nicely furnished, everything was clean, clean linens were provided, and this unit was close to the pool. The only small concern was some loud building (structural-type) creaking that some in our group heard each night, but it was very very windy during our stay, so I'm assuming that perhaps someone's screen door or someone's shutters may have been bouncing around by the wind (I'm a deep sleeper, so I didn't hear it). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we ever wanted to stay in Indian Beach again. Thanks.

The perfect spot between Beaufort, Emerald Isle, Atlantic Beach, & Morehead City. So much to do! The views were amazing. We saw dolphins often. October was a perfect time to go. Less crowded but still great weather.

My friend and I spent a long weekend here. It was our first time at Indian Beach/Crystal Coast area and we would definitely return. The beach access was perfect. The ocean view from the balcony was fantastic; it makes the 3 flights up worthwhile! And, the elevator definitely made loading and unloading a breeze. Kitchen was nicely stocked with plates, utensils, cooking equipment for when we didn't want to go out. The unit feels light, comfortable, homey.

We book a girlfriend’s weekend every year at Kathy and Ann’s condo. This condo has everything for the perfect beach experience! Gorgeous views, a short walk to the beach, a pool and hot tub. Short drive to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The owners are very responsive to my emails and suggestions. The condo itself is beautiful, comfortable and very clean! Perfect for our group of 5 and large enough kitchen for preparing stay at home meals. The only negative is 2 cars per condo on the property (we have 3) so each year the Indian Beach Police department provides a parking pass for the beach access across the street. Southern Hospitality! We are already making plans for 2022!

I stayed here for a week with my family. The location of the condo is perfect! I had friends who stayed in the same complex and we all agreed this was the nicest condo with the best view. I plan to book it again next year.

There is only enough parking under the condo on a first come first serve basis and you can’t block anyone in so needless to say the other condos that share the space always occupied the underneath without moving a car all week. So you have to park in another spot that is a short distance from your condo. If I were to ever consider buying one of these units and it wouldn’t have a spot solely under the unit for parking as an owner, I probably wouldn’t buy one. Other than that we were very happy with the whole place and stay.

From the time we booked until the time we left it was a no-stress experience. The hosts were so friendly and responsive. We had never been to Emerald Island before and we fell in love. The stretch of beach that this is on (Indian Beach) is perfect. It is nice and quiet and easy to get to the more developed areas on either end of the island. The view off of the deck is superb and the fact that it is in the shade all day long is so nice! The beach itself is not very crowded and was mostly families with young kids. We will be back!Oh, and my wife loved the decorating which is no easy feat.
