The property description was perfect. The condo was incredibly clean, nicely appointed, and well located on the property. We enjoyed it immensely.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed eight nights. Upon arrival during *regular* office hours, we found no one at the desk (they have a mobile phone application that facilitates self-check-in, but they failed to consider that it won't work on some phones). Hot water can be on and off (not the most pleasant winter experience). The building and the unit are relatively old and outdated (though the building is charming aesthetically from the front). The noise insulation is essentially nil (you can occasionally hear the toilet flushing from the neighboring units). However, the location is superb.

Reviewer Comments: Very happy with the stay.Staff very helpful and friendly.Property could do with a bigger TV and better channels including the Golf Channel.Kitchen plumbing (insinkerator) needs some repair work as there was an under sink leak somewhere.The stove could be updated.The lounge seating (a pull out bed I believe) very uncomfortable to sit on.Location top class (as expected).Overall a great place to stay for skiing.

great location. Nothing beats Lionshead…very close to Eagle Bahn Gondola and very close to the Vail Shuttle Bus station if you want to go in town. The condo is a studio that can comfortably can fit 4 people with a Queen bed and a Sofa Bed. everything from instructions to the check in process is super smooth. I have zero complaints.

Perfect for 2 people, and in the center of everything! Parking instructions were "poor" in the app, and the guy that answered the customer service number was zero help in helping us find the right lot.

Nice, basic and economical place to stay in the middle of Lionshead. Short walk to Vail Village. My wife and I do a lot of walking and between the two villages and visit the different shops and restaurants. This is our 12th summer/fall visit. Normally we schedule for late June or early July. This year we chose last week in September to experience the changing of the aspen tree leaves. The condo overlooks Bart & Yeti's and the other store fronts - fun to watch the people milling around. This is a good place to stay for two people who want to be in the center of things.

Great room and great location. Simple room that was very clean and has everything that you need. Right in Lionshead and close to many shops and restaurants.
