What a beautiful home and lots of room for everyone. The hang out room with foosball and couch as well as separate room with office was a bonus. We enjoyed a family dinner in the dining room and the kitchen had everything we needed. A very quiet neighborhood and so close to groceries and shopping. We would definitely rent this home again when we visit family in Thousand Oaks.

Adam was very responsive to any questions, etc. Home is beautiful, well maintained and adequate supplies - paper towels, toilet paper, shower toiletries, towels. Pool + hot tub very clean w/ clear operating instructions. Furnishings are exactly as pictured, which is underfurnished for a 4 bedroom house... no kitchen counter stools at the large island, couch in family room seats 4 if you squish, outdoor patio table has only 4 chairs, diniing table only has 6 chairs (ok for us as family of 6), only 1 bedroom has a bureau but there are a few drawers in each nightstand, master has decent # of hangers in closet but other bedrooms did not so we couldn't really unpack for our 5 night stay. Main bath has an strangely low shower head. Dishwasher is not secure, it pulls completely out when you pull on the door to open it. Beds were comfortable. Great location, lots of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores nearby, quiet residential area. Overall very positive but additional furniture would make it exceptional!

This house was fully stocked and clean. We will definitely book again.

Enjoyed staying at this house when we came to California for a wedding. Perfect location and enjoyed the pool in the backyard.

Very happy with this home! We have stayed in many places and these hosts do it right! Very nice quiet neighborhood, great location. Foosball table was a great addition! We would have used the ping pong table if we had known it was in the garage 😉 We would definitely rent again.

We stayed at Adam's place on our family/friends road trip through CA and were very happy with the house and location. Thousands Oaks is a very nice city with good stores and restaurants and is close to Malibu and LA. We took daily trips there, tour and then get back to a quite neithborhood and house. Hot tub and the pool were great and the kitchen had everything we needed and more! I would definately recommend it to anyone.

We loved this house! The pool was nice, the living room and kitchen perfect for a family group. A surprising perk was that park really was so cute and easy to get to for the little ones. The neighborhood is very peaceful and charming. If you are looking for a listing in this area I highly recommend this one.

Nice quiet neighborhood and the home worked great for our group. Well stocked kitchen (with some snacks for our arrival), plenty of towels, sheets, etc. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus and it definitely made for relaxing weekend around all the Graduation events. This property is very convenient to shopping and beaches.

The house is nice and spacious. The private pool was exactly what we wanted. We all had enough room to spend time together in the living room and dining room and enough room to spread out when we wanted too as well. We liked having a washer and dryer as we were in CA for an extended stay. About 25 minutes from the beach if you are interested and 40 minutes outside of Malibu. So great location! The house could use a few towel racks and some new games and you don’t have access to the garage. But there’s plenty of driveway parking. Other than that we were really happy with everything.

The house was great and spacious for my family who came out to spend Christmas with our son who is in the Navy and couldn’t come home for Christmas. Adam was always very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. House was clean and stocked with essentials as well as many extras. Would not hesitate to stay here again

We enjoyed our stay quite a bit. The house was spacious and we had tons of fun in the pool. We had some issues with the drains (all 3 bathroom sinks were clogged and Liquid-Plumr didn't help much) and the kitchen faucet was barely letting any water through at times which made using the kitchen a bit cumbersome plus there was quite a bit of remodeling dust left on the floor in several places - that's why we decided against the 5-star rating. Other than that - everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay!

Our stay couldn’t have been better. The house is great and it was a lot of fun to spend time in the pool away from foggy SF. It was very clean (we felt very comfortable with COVID) and well stocked. The bbq is a bit worn down but it did the work. Wi-Fi is great and the location is hard to beat. Near a lot of stores and on a cul de sac near a park. We hope to visit again soon!!!

The house had everything we could want. Plenty of linens, towels, cookware and even cooking essentials like spices, cooking oil and coffee. The house and pool were fantastic and Adam was very responsive by text. Grocery stores, hiking and highways were nearby. We would definitely stay again!

The house was clean and accurately represented online. The neighborhood is really quiet and nice. The kitchen is well equipped and the backyard was a nice place to relax. Our only critique was the lack of dresser to unpack, but we spent an extended stay here, so that was probably only a need if staying long enough for the desire to “unpack.” Otherwise, all was good and the owner/manager was very responsive and accommodating.

Everything went well and we had no problems other than the weather was cooler than we hoped for:) It was kid friendly, close to our daughter and close to a park for the kids.

My parents live in assisted living in Thousand Oaks, and for the last few years, my family along with significant others fly in from 3 different locations to spend the Christmas holiday together and with my parents. This house was absolutely perfect for us, starting with the hospitality of Adam, the property manager. We like to prepare and eat meals together, and when I asked if the house might have a crockpot or dutch oven, Adam did not hesitate to order these for the house. When I asked about seating for 9 at the dining table and I suggested a card table might be helpful, he also ordered one and all 3 were waiting for us upon arrival. The kitchen was well appointed with plates, utensils, pods for the Keurig, water, pots and pans - everything we needed to settle right in! A supermarket is right around the corner, along with a variety of convenience shopping. The game table and Jacuzzi were a big hit with my clan, and the house is spacious, allowing us to spread out and be quite comfortable. Everyone loved it!!! Thank you Adam!!!!!

Very clean ,nice property loved that it had many things you could use to save time and money while on your trip instead of making several trips to the store for items . And its was a bit chilly while we were there so the heated pool was amazing and we sat and played games a few nights that were also included at the property which made family nights more enjoyable! Would recommend or visit here anytime!

Location of house is excellent. We had 8 adults stay at the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. Wish the main living room with TV would have a little more seating options to accommodate larger groups - it feels a bit spartan. We noticed from pictures that dining room has only 6 chairs, we contacted owner before arrival and he supplied us with 4 extra folding chairs. There were plenty of towels and linens, but no hand towels. Either you have to use a washcloth to dry hands or a bath towel. Bathrooms were stocked with plenty of toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. The master bedroom could use a couple lamps on the night stands by the bed. Garden is nice, we used pool and jacuzzi (very nice). The lounge chairs were full of bird poop, my husband cleaned them off with the garden hose that needs to be replaced - hose is leaking and so old the rubber is coming off. Kitchen: water and soda was stocked in fridge and plenty of Kcups for the Kuerig machine (someone before us left the machine on as we came into the house). We prepared breakfast in the morning and even though there were a couple frying pans they are very worn and need to be replaced. Pots we found a couple but also not in good shape. It had 9 plates, would be nice to have more and newer ones, almost every plate had a chip, could use more forks and spoons, has plenty of knives. The only cutting board we found is in terrible condition. We found one salad bowl that we used as a mixing bowl, not too many serving dishes unless you like to use huge serving platters. Toaster could be replaced. No clean sponge or dish rag or brush in kitchen, there was a used sponge but usually rentals provide a new sponge in the kitchen but plenty of paper towels were provided. Garage code did not work, but did not matter, there is plenty of parking out front. Directions for front door said to just push the Schlage button to lock door, that did not work, it locked by entering the same code as to unlock door we found out. We enjoyed our stay at the property and would come back, it is very nicely updated but if you plan on cooking a meal at all the kitchen really needs a little more TLC. We had one adult with us that has trouble walking and it was great that the house was one story, only couple easy steps into the house and the master bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Great place. Not a bunch of delicate nicknaks to cause worry about what the little ones might break. Heated pool, jacuzzi, kids games, foosball, couple minutes drive from food and fun.

This property was incredible- had everything we were looking for and more. It's in a great location with easy access to restaurants and the 101 to get around Southern California. Adam was excellent with communication, and went above and beyond to explain everything to make sure our stay exceeded our expectations. This house was very comfortable for the 8 of us, and I know we will be staying here next time we visit Thousand Oaks. Thanks Adam!
