Beautiful property & amazing breakfast

There was a group of aroun 7-8 16-17 yo at the pool which were not guests of the hotel. They were creating a complete chaos and when we called to complain, it took a while for someone from staf to come up and deal with it.

Chambres très humides, fenêtres qui ne s’ouvrent pas. De plus nous avons été placées dans un espace fumeur sans nous poser la question alors que nous ne fumions pas donc l’odeur était franchement désagréable

Wir konnten bereits in der Früh einchecken, was für uns sehr angenehm war, da wir erst angereist sind und einen Flug über Nacht hatten. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend und das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend.

there is no 24 hrs restaurant food service guest coming late night have to eat from restaurants outside ie after 11 pm breakfast is ok but both the chefs will take good care of your appetite

We had a lovely stay there - even though we only had a single night. We managed to book a three day tour around Oman from the reception desk. A BIG thank you to the receptionist Christine. Thanks for your recommendations. We were so happy that you made our Oman adventure possible!

The staff were lovely and attentive, from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the restaurant staff. The room was perfect for the two of us and the location was perfect for us to get around Muscat. Traffic can be extremely busy but you don’t hear much of it in the hotel.
