The location and price is amazing
Breakfast is not that good. There should be more variety. No hot chocolate for the kids? We had to buy outside.

During booking, it has been clearly mentioned for 2 adults and 1 kid (8 years), I got the deal with breakfast included. But at the hotel, they made me pay an extra 5 OMR for my kids' breakfast. If this had been mentioned earlier, I would have taken another hotel with a better deal. Felt very bad. It's over 10 years. I have been using booking.com to book hotels worldwide, and it's my first bad experience.

old furniture , cleanliness, surrounding Roads are very congested . After I check out , driving back home I received a call from the hotel asking for Hand towel missing ?? very bad and cheap way treating customers.

The hotel is near major malls and airport. Rooms are good and staff were courteous. I will recommend this for short stay if you have work near Al Khuwair area.
As I was there for work a better WiFi would have definitely helped. Breakfast was monotonous and coffee could have been better.
