Large room

Room stunk of cigarette smoke at night.

Hotel staff are really nice, but my room smell like cigarettes. I asked the front desk to change my room immediately, the staff are really friendly and take care of my business right away.

Newly opened hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean with all the amenities. Staff was exceptionally helpful and even upgraded the room at no additional cost. The only drawback is the location, it doesn't show on the maps and is really far from city centre, but amazing if you need to stay in that location. Overall experience was great. I've stayed in many Radisson hotels (mainly in Europe), but this one if the best one so far for sure.
