This was the perfect location and home away from home for a gathering of six friends. Plenty of room to spread out in this beautifully decorated space. We were close to fabulous restaurants and also had a wonderfully equipped kitchen to make some meals and play games after dinner. The host was great with all communications. Wish we could have stayed longer. Ideal for exploring a very fun city!

This was such a wonderful place to stay - clean, big windows to overlook St John’s gate, and Genevieve went out of her way to provide a crib and high chair for our friend’s child. Would absolutely stay here again, no question.

Absolutely wonderful apartment, so comfortable, lots of natural light, great beds. The location couldn't have been better, walkable to everything we needed: groceries, restaurants, markets, tours. We fell in love with Quebec City. Even the weather was great, providing us Texans with a beautiful snow day!

The apartment could not have been more perfect! Great location to all things Old Quebec. My group of six were comfortable in the spacious apartment and had no complaints the whole time. Loved how equipped with everything we could need the place was! Genevieve was helpful throughout!

Nice central location. City noises (bring earplugs). Very spacious. Appreciated the washer drier. Very nice host.

After a long stressful day of travel, we arrived at the condo and were greeted by the welcoming sight of the lights turned on for us. It felt just like coming home. The condo was big for our family of five, and it was beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean. The living room had an amazing view of the nearby Saint John Gate, one of several gates in the historic walls that still encircle Old Quebec City. In fact, each room in the condo had an equally superb view of the surrounding wall. The condo was centrally located on the Rue Saint-Jean, so there were many nearby restaurants to choose from and it was an easy walk to the many interesting sights in the old city. Genevive was very gracious and quickly responded when we had questions.

Great location! Especially traveling with a baby, all the fun is right outside your door. The crib and high chair were a huge plus. Highly recommend Quebec City and could not have asked for a better more spacious place to stay.

I am an expert at picking VRBO's for my family's annual vacation. We are 4 adults who travel together for 2 weeks. We stay in 4-5 cities each trip. Genevieve's lovely 2nd floor apartment was the best we have stayed in thus far. Every conceivable accommodation was met starting from the size of the apartment. The living area is perfect for seating as the large window provided a beautiful view of St. Jean street with the outdoor cafes as well as St. John's gate. The kitchen is stocked with every needed utensil and cooking tool. Any chef would be right at home. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The master suite has a sitting area with TV if you want a little privacy from your group. The master bath has a modern double vanity and great storage beneath the sink. The bath was a dream. The apartment is a perfect blend between traditional and contemporary design. The art is beautiful and totally accentuated with contemporary light fixtures and skylights. The floors are stained concrete but warmed up with fashionable rugs. Lastly the apartment is convenient to everything in Old Quebec City.

Fabulous location in old Quebec City, with plenty of historic sites, entertainment, shopping and dinning all a short walking distance away. The living rooms large windows provide great views of the Saint-Jean Gate. Our host Genevieve was super, providing additional info on the unit, an easy check in, and great communication. The very large condo was both lovely, well furnished, and enjoyable for our group. Highly recommend staying here.

It is an incredibly spacious apartment. We stayed here with our family (all adults, 3 couples) and felt like we all had privacy and space from one another. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels, the living room area was very comfortable, as were the beds. The location is excellent. The nearby parking garage was super convenient. While there is tourist hustle and bustle down on the street, the apartment was very quiet inside. It was safe, comfortable, and very clean. The owner is quite attentive and communicative. This apartment sets the bar for what all vacation rentals should be.

Stayed with my family including my elderly mother, husband and two kids. Loved the huge apartment that allowed for us to spread out, and most of all, loved the convenient location that was walking distance to all the sights, restaurants and stores. Great host with great communication.

The condo is so spacious and well appointed. Cot was offered so that our children didn’t have to share a bed. Location couldn’t be better. We had a wonderful stay and memorable trip to Quebec.

It was perfect for 6 adults, great location!

The property is located in the heart of restaurant row - Rue St. Jean. We had no shortage of places to eat. It was a short walk to many establishments. We had Lebanese, crepes, poutine, burgers, organic farm to table food. Music was playing during the weekend evenings. The street turns all pedestrian during certain hours. The unit was spacious and comfortable. We had a great time abd recommend wholeheartedly.

We LOVED the location, the size of the unit and the kitchen and living room. The main areas have an air conditioning unit, but the bedrooms do not have it. Even with the fans, it was warm! The place was very clean -- we would stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay. Had some issues checking in but the host was extremely responsive. Location is great. Busy street which has its ups and downs but very safe. Place was clean, had everything we needed. It is huge which was wonderful for our two kids and there was also sufficient privacy for our combined family. Not cheap but totally worth the money since it adds up to three hotelrooms + extra.

4 of us from Colorado stayed here, and absolutely LOVED IT! Genevieve was able to accommodate an early arrival & later check-out; just lucky it worked this way with prior and pist guests. SUPER friendly, and she gave us details on best restaurants, grocery stores, and neighborhoods the locals like. Of course, she advised on tourist hotspots too. Truly wonderful! Very charming town, and very friendly people here. Half of us speak French, but not a requirement here, FYI. I want to come back for Christmas season; I bet it's a true winter fairy tale wonderland. This VRBO is a 5 min walk from train station, and about 25 minute taxi from airport. Pics online don't do it justice. This place is HUGE!!! You will not be disappointed! You simply must stay here!

Great location to walk to all of old Quebec City. The condo was huge and all the rooms were very nice. Slept family of four with plenty of space to relax. I highly recommend the property- I would have no issues renting the property again if I return to Quebec City.

Unless you are staying at the Chateau Frontenac, this is possibly the best location in old Quebec. Restaurants and shopping are literally next door. The property is huge and very comfortable. We had a group of five staying here and had a few local friends over one night for dinner as it has a formal dining room. This unit could not be any better. I would absolutely rent this property again if/when we return as it fulfilled our needs much better than multiple hotel rooms could have accomplished. Nothing but good things to say.

All the 5-stars above were earned. Our host Genevieve is a gem. She stayed in close touch as a guide, into the city and to "our" front door! Speaking of, we arrived to a couple of homeless folks on the front stoop. They came and went, and were never ever any bother. Also had a bit of a shlep as we say to and from the parking garage. Neither of these things mentioned are a complaint. We had a wonderful time in the City and would certainly recommend the location and accommodations. All good. Merci. Susan and Joyce

The apartment is lovely and very comfortable. It is located on a very lively street in Old Quebec. This is convenient in many ways. However, there is no dedicated or complementary parking for your car. The public garage is a block away and costs about CAD20 per day.
