Situé à Norman, ce attractif maison pour 155 € par nuit est un fantastique choix pour votre prochain vacances Cette charmante maison est mise à jour avec toutes les commodités d'aujourd'hui et est à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons de Campus Corner et à quelques pas du Mont! C'est un endroit parfait pour que les fans restent en ville pour encourager leur équipe sportive préférée ou pour les familles visitant un étudiant de l'UO. 3 chambres et 1. 5 salles de bain et toutes les chambres contiennent des lits Queen. Wi-Fi rapide et un bureau pour votre ordinateur portable pour ceux qui ont besoin d'un espace pour travailler. Un téléviseur de 60 "avec une barre de son en fait une maison idéale pour divertir vos invités! Il y a des voies ferrées qui passent derrière la maison, mais les trains ne sont pas autorisés à sonner dans les limites de la ville, donc cela ne devrait pas être un problème. Nous avons également placé des appareils de sonorisation dans chaque chambre car nous savons que de nombreux clients aiment avoir des sons pour les aider à dormir.

My daughter & I stayed for a softball event. So close to the sports facilities! We felt safe there and it was a nice, clean house!! As others said, the lighting is dim, but didn’t ruin anything. Would stay here again!

The process was easy. There was great communication for the check in process and the property was amazing!

The location to the OU campus in Norman is great. You could walk to campus from this property no problem. It was as shown on the listing. We found it clean and the kitchen well stocked for cooking, which was a plus so we didn’t have to eat out every meal. The only downside was that the heat went out after the first night. I notified Sam and she was back to me within minutes. Unfortunately the problem wasn’t able to be fixed prior to our departure, so we had a couple of very cool days in the house with the indoor temperature around 62. I don’t fault anyone. Mechanicals can fail. The heat was working the first day of our three day stay. Appreciate the manager trying to help. She did have a technician come look at it, but it was going to take a day to get the replacement part. Really appreciated the quick response and efforts to get it fixed while we were there. I would stay here again.

Pleasant house in campus neighborhood.
This little house is quite near campus corner and easily walkable to the campus and football stadium. Very pleasant stay.

We booked this house for the UH football game. Came in from Houston and definitely didn’t have to worry about anything. Sam communicated VERY quickly and answered any and all questions that we had. The house was perfect for our needs. Proximity to the stadium and restaurants was amazing and within walking distance. Modest 3 bedroom house with a great backyard deck with chairs. Yes there is a train track behind the house but honestly we never noticed that they passed. Would definitely book again if we had another game against OU. Only bad review was the outcome of the game. Lol

This place was cute and clean. Host was easy to get a hold of and flexible. Only drawback was the lack of counterspace in the bathroom.

Great Place to Stay in Norman
This was our VRBO rental, and we were very happy! Being from Norman and having lived in NJ the past 22 years, I planned an 8-night vacation for my two teens and I. I didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This little house was perfect for our stay. We each had our own space (with 16 yo son and 14 yo daughter...I am sure you can understand why impt. Ha!)...full washer/dryer...2 bathrooms...full kitchen. We had everything we needed. Honestly, we only cooked once...Norman has so many great eateries. The location was great for our needs. Some have mentioned noise from the trains and traffic....neither one bothered us at all. We will be back to Norman...We will definitely stay here again!

Nice house, close to campus.
My family stayed in this house for one night before our son’s OU orientation day. The house was well stocked and very close to the OU campus. My only complaints would be the level of street noise and train noise. Overall, it was a good experience.

Nice 3 bedroom house, perfect central location for all things Norman and OU
House was clean and neat, perfect living and dining space for 4 of us + son and girlfriend at OU when they came over. Kitchen utensils, dishes and pots & pans were clean and plentiful, washer/dryer were nice to have. Convenient location for getting to Campus, Norman and OKC. Owner provides noise reducers in bedrooms for traffic on Classen and trains near the backyard, definitely some noise to get used to! Used reducers the first night but with a 7 day stay, we honestly stopped noticing the noise. If you're sensitive, earplugs would be a good trade-off for being so close to campus, etc. Back deck was great for sitting on during a couple of the warm March days with sun, and to watch the trains!

We had a fantastic time
We highly recommend this place for family or friends. We were celebrating our sons graduation and we found this place close to campus, nicely decorated, and plenty of space to enjoy the festivities. We would definitely reserve this place again.

Great house near campus
We had a very enjoyable stay over Thanksgiving. Cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen ( could use a few more pots and pans if you are planning a big meal but we were able to make it work) House was very comfortable and easy walk to campus and campus corner.

Great location, but short on some needed items.
Within walking distance of university and The Mont. The owners were very responsive in addressing any questions or issues that we had with house. Well furnished and comfortable house. Could use additional ceiling lighting. The living rooms are quite dark in evening. The one shower means you need to allow plenty of time for group to get ready in morning. Not enough bedding and towels in house for our group of 8. Kitchen was lacking in some things that could have made food prep easier, ....made do with what was there.

We loved the location! House was very clean. Awesome kitchen, and roomy living space. Each room had its own noise machine, which was a nice touch. We will definitely rent this house for future football weekends!

Great location, close to campus. Beds were comfortable. We did find quite a few spiders and roaches throughout the week. Traffic on Classen made the front bedroom loud at times. Backyard needed a lot of TLC.

We had a great time staying in Norman. Loved being so close to the campus. We were able to cook meals and head to the ballpark for softball. All of the families that stayed were pretty overall happy with the accommodations of the House. We would definitely like to rent this place again.

Myself and two friends stayed here for Mom's weekend. It was the perfect location. We walked to the Mont for lunch and it's a quick $5 Uber to campus corner.
The train was never an issue for us. Actually it was quite nice. Just a low rumble that you can't hear with the sound machines. No train horns. So that's a non issue.
The fridge had cold water bottles upon arrival and the pantry was stocked with coffee, sweetener and creamer. Lovely touch.
The house was very clean and spacious, beds were super comfy with nice soft linens and good pillows.
Sam was very speedy with responses to any question and was very flexible with any special requests we had.
Lovely place. Definitely will stay here again if it's available.

We stayed for our youngest sons graduation from OU. The house was perfect for my husband and I and our three other grown children. Large table for meals together and board games. Campus corner was right around the corner and a $5 uber ride. Took uber because it was cold, but a short walk away in nice weather. The house had everything we needed and a great deck out back if the weather would have been warmer. Sam was very accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend this home.
