The place is great!

The location and size of this appartment. Reasonably priced, easy access and check-out

The kitcken was filthy, cutlery, glasses, plates and pots were greasy, dishwasher very dirty with the "clean" plates and cutlery stored inside. The fridge had 2 fingers thick ice built-in. Shower cubicle had mold. The balcony had no furniture, as depicted in the picture and the widow stool had glasses/cups marks, dust and dirty ashtrays. The beds had a single LONG pillow for both persons. The owner called me at 23:10hrs Saturday night to accuse me and my family of having a loud music party, but the party was next door. Later I called back and asked the owner to call the police, because the noise was unbearable and we could not sleep until 2:30am when next day we had a very long drive. Disapointing experince overall.

Apartment fit two couples, or family of 4-5 (two separate bedrooms, each with own toilet). One designated parking spot, with plenty space around for other cars. Big balcony.

Kitchen was full of ants. Walls were thin so you could hear neighbors (not big of a deal for a short stay). Internet password was default and printed on bottom of router (instad some user friendly word and written on paper on visible space). Floors were quite dirty so we had to mop on our own (because we had crawling baby with us...)

The apartment was beyond our expectations, really big, modern and with all the amenities needed. Our host super charm and helpful, parking spot available, supermarket nearby walking

The sofa/bed was little bit old and not that comfortable.

The place was clean, entrance was easy. They had a marked parking place for the car that was visible from the flat. The living room was spacious, the bedrooms were ok. The whole apartment is very bright. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The place was very warm, even thought outside was -15 C the place was warm and comfy. A big plus is the dishwasher and the coffee maker.

There is no sound-proofing in the walls at all. At night you can hear the smallest noises through the walls. The neighbors above and beside the apartment are very noisy and they don't respect the "quiet hours". One of the neighbors were making noise at 2 AM, while a toddler above us was running around at 8 in the morning. There are only 2 bathrooms, not 3 as it is stated in the description. The boiler is in the kitchen/living room, it is very noisy so the it is difficult to sleep in the living room. There were not enough beddings for 6 person for a normal sleeping arrangement, there were 3 oddly long pillows and 3 huge blankets. There should be at least a pillow and a blanket/quilt per person. The kitchen could use a microwave, a few kitchen knifes, and a small pot. The living could use a coat hanger.

Very spacious and clean, has everything you need.

It wasn't really that close to the city center, you can't walk to city center. Also, the neighbours above have a toddler that will wake you up at 7am by running and throwing things on the floor.

Two bathrooms, very clean, modern, dishwasher, elevator, not far from center, great value.

No microwave.
