Location of the hotel.
it was a very horrible experience no security at all, staff were coming or forcing their way into our room at the Middle of the night (due to their misunderstanding).
You need to call them 4 times minimum to get water. Or any service.
No room service, room was very small totally different from the images.

Nothing is good there. There were cockroaches everywhere inside room on bed bathrooms everywhere. Room was not clean.

Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome.

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.

We went to the rooftop bar and had an amazing time. The atmosphere and service were great. Definitely a must do if you are looking for a good time.

Very bad hotel.. first they did not accept my booking through boking.com...my price is in booking.com is 900 but the staff tell me...no booking show.... they ask me Rs-1400...and I pay that amount.. because we have no other option.. very bad experience....
Room not clear... staff behaviour not good.... window screen not available... AC not working properly...tv not working... very bad experience....food are very costly as compare to other....

Nothing is good about this hotel
It is a filthy hotel with dirty linin and pillows. Toilet was stinking. It is next to railway line so hear a lot of noise. Food was pathetic. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone. There were hair on mattress even in multiple rooms
