Staff is supportive and helpful clean room

The rooms weren't clean. My parents' room smelled of mould. My friend's room had a cockroach. Bedsheets/blankets had stains. I had booked triple rooms. We were given a small double room and told that it's booking.com's fault. You're not allowed to bring food from outside but half the things on the menu are not available! The showers and taps had issues.. The exhaust was broken in one of the rooms. To summarise, this place is terrible! Not at all worth the money they charge. Don't be fooled by the reviews and ratings of this place.. do not book here.
