Location is great. The aparment is spacious and very convenient with children. Nice balcony where you can drink morning coffee and take some drinks in the afternoon. Highly recommend.

Great apartment in an excellent location, very central to everywhere. Maria met us and was most helpful throughout our stay. It was a bit nippy during our stay and Maria provided us with a portable heater, which was much appreciated. Loads of room and storage in the apartment and we particular enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the town and to the sea beyond.

Very spacious and quiet apartment ideally located within walking distance of a large shopping centre (La Vie) and the public transport routes. Elsa is extremely kind and welcoming. The apartment block feels very safe, having a locked gate at the entrance. This stay was perfect for planning hiking trips, with a large Pingo Doce supermarket nearby open until 10pm, and direct buses to many trail start points, like Curral das Freiras (route 81), Encumeada (route 6), Ribeiro Frio / Santana (route 56), Machico, Monte, or Pico do Areeiro (Pico Transfers). There is a library full of hiking guide books inside the apartment. Would highly recommend booking this apartment if you find it available.

Excellent location, spacious. Great hosts. We all enjoyed our stay. We had everything what we needed.

One bedroom did not had insect protection, so we could not sleep with open window, due to mosquitoes getting in.

A sign is needed outside to indicate Bloco C.

owner can arrange personal airport transfer. Very pleasant owner and family.Roomy and airy large apartment. Linen and bedding provided. All appliances available (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, etc). Close to supermarket and local restaurants (10 mins stroll). 15 mins to sea-front.

Perfect. WiFi only covers living-room/kitchen.
