La salle de bain à l'étage a été entièrement rénovée et de nouveaux planchers de tuiles aspect bois franc dans l'espace de vie en bas, la cuisine et le salon complètent ce condo confortable.
Le niveau inférieur a le salon, une cuisine ouverte avec des sièges de bar, une table à manger, une chambre, une salle de bain complète et une laveuse / sécheuse privée. Il y a aussi la télévision et Internet sans fil privé, ainsi qu'un lecteur DVD et un appareil de diffusion en direct. L'extérieur offre un porche couvert dans lequel se détendre après une journée épique sur nos sentiers de montagne. De plus, il y a un barbecue, des sièges et un espace pour garer vos vélos.

We had a great Stay in CB. The property was clean and very comfortable. the location was great with an easy walk to the shuttle up to the mountain, an easy walk around town. Everything we needed was there .

This was a perfect place to stay for a family that needs 3 bedrooms. The house is located a block from the bus stop, easy access, plenty of storage space, good size kitchen, alley parking and a great remodeled shower upstairs. If this place was for sale, I would like to buy it!

Stayed 4 nights with family and our dog. Plenty of room for everyone. Updated kitchen and appliances.
Only one concern when taking our dog out at night time, very dark on the street.
Also it was off season so not many choices for restaurants and shopping. Will come back in the summer for the wildflowers and festivals.

I visit CB in September to hike among the aspens and then to attend Vinotok & FilmFest. For these purposes, I'll be glad to stay here again.
The downstairs bedroom and bath were adequate for me, so I never tried the upstairs bedroom and bidet in their shared bathroom. The downstairs bathroom shares a door with the boiler & laundry room. Leave open that shared door and the bathroom stays toasty warm. You can set the in-floor heat for the entire downstairs to a relatively cool temperature for sleeping but be able to visit a warm bathroom even if you awake in the middle of the night. (I used the modern laundry machines. They worked as labeled on their controls. Perfect.)
Give the in-floor heat a few hours to warm the first time. Then it maintains the temperature quietly and well, the best I've had anywhere.
This place is the first I've stayed in CB that has a honing rod in the knife block in the well equipped one-person kitchen. (Traveling only by car, I bring my your own sharpener anyway.) The gas stove was a dream on which to cook with the adequate set of pots, skillets, and pans. I always found a mug, plate, saucer, glass or cup that met my needs.
If you require a view of the slopes, mountain, valley or town, this place is not for you. It's a side-entrance unit with multi-story neighbors (that helpfully mitigate strong winds). For me, CB is a place to be out and about and this condo was my retreat. In that role, it served me well. Recommended.

We loved our time at this condo! We walked into town which only took 5-10 minutes. We enjoyed the deck on the 2nd floor for morning coffee and evening drinks/dinner. Comfy beds with plenty of extra bedding and pillows.

This unit was a nice cozy space that had all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. We had a wonderful time there but i think its worth noting that the entrance to this unit is not in the front or the back of the building but on the side of the building that has to be accessed via the ally in the back. Im sure its not a problem most times but with all of the snow they had it was hard to determine there was an entrance there.
Communication with the staff was excellent and responsive, over all it was a fantastic stay!

This condo is exactly as described. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked allowing us cook some of our meals there. Very close to everything in town.

Nice home and well stocked. and a good location. Only complaint is that the thermostat seemed preprogramed and could not be modified, it was a little too hot at night.

Very comfy and perfect for a group of friends on a ski trip. Easy walk to town for shopping/food/drinks, and great access to the shuttle to hit the slopes. Check-in/out was super easy, and the place was quiet, clean, and well-appointed.

Great townhouse short walk to center of town
Rented this property for the weekend really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and comfortable.. Checking in and out was extremly easy. Short walk to center of town with 2 dedicated parking spaces off the street. Owner is extremely responsive and very nice. We actually forgot our laptop and they shipped it to us immediately the next day which was above and beyond!! Highly recommended!! Would definitely stay there again.

We had a nice stay at this property. It's a great location and just a short walk to the river, parks and town. The only issue we had was that the washing machine didn't work. But, Sean and the management company were able to pick up and drop off our laundry during our stay and they were very easy to communicate with and super responsive. We would stay here again!

Overall the property and management company were fabulous! Walking distance to most areas in town and close to trails from town. The unit was spacious, clean and worked well for us. My only areas of improvement would be clearer communication regarding the hot water and heat, and use of the Roku TV. We didn’t bring any streaming apps with us and had a hard time finding “free” channels to watch.

The condo is perfectly located for a quick walk to town, hiking trails and a short ride to the Taylor and East Rivers for great trout fishing. There was a slight problem with the in sink waste disposal, but the caretaker came and fixed it very quickly. Altogether a great spot and super VRBO experience.

We had the surprising experience of the actual property being overall better than the photos -- which isn't a common experience. PROs- Main flooring has all been replaced with a quality porcelain wood plank tile-Appliances are all updated & nice- kitchen equipment is well supplied, can actually cook here-excellent 2nd floor deck space (though limited furniture)- location is great, near restaurants and easy access to trails- towel quality & quantity excellent and bed linens good.CONS- carpet on stairs and 2nd floor is VERY old shag. while clearly vacuumed, its is stained and worn. Enough that on 2 different landings its worn through to plywood flooring. - dining area very small/limited. Max can seat is a cramped 3 people inside. While deck could easily accommodate a nice 6 person table with other deck furniture, there is only a 2 person cafe table. Challenge for a 3 bedroom property- mattress in non-deck 2nd bedroom is old and sinks to middle. Pretty uncomfortable.

The condo location was easy walk to the town. Two bedrooms up and one downstairs. Clean and new condition. Nice porch with chairs. Mt biking and hiking close by. Beds upstairs comfortable however downstairs bed not so much. Reasonable price to stay

Enjoyed our stay in Crested Butte in the Heartleaf Condo. The space was adequate for five adults. I loved the front porch and upstairs deck! I would definitely recommend.

Good but it could be great...
The space for our family was as promised. The house is in a great location, too. It is well equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, linens). The neighborhood was mostly quiet. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck every afternoon and early evening. We were close to a park for the kids with playground equipment.
I think this property needs to be cleaned and maybe checked over a little better. There was a layer of dust on the mini-blinds, messy cabinets in the kitchen, and grime on the washer and dryer. On our last evening there we started vacuuming and discovered that nothing was picking up because the vacuum cleaner brushes were so dirty. One of the decorative pillows on the upstairs bed had dog hair on it, too. Finally, one portable fan upstairs was broken, and we were unable to use it.
The laundry room is almost unbearably hot, too, because it shares space with the hot water heater. Not sure there's anything they can do about this other than putting the stack washer & dryer into another closet somewhere.
We made one request of the property manager, and no one ever got back to us until it was too late. This was disappointing, too.
All things considered, we had an enjoyable time in Crested Butte, and the house was comfortable with enough space for all of us.

Excellent Stay
This place is amazing, we had an incredible stay. We vacationed around Colorado a bit and this place is a hidden gem and it felt like a steal for the price to boot.

Comfortable Condo
Comfortable condo and reasonably priced. Had 4 adults and 1 child staying in the condo and it was plenty of room. Close to the bus stop so it was very easy to get to the ski resort and easy to get around town. I would stay here again.

very nice and clean place . furnished well. the deposit was way to high. parking was a little tight with a full size truck. over all a real nice place.
