This is an amazing resort where we felt comfortable and safe. Only complaint we didnt know how amazing the whole resort was and didnt get to experience everything it had to offer. Definitely going to try to stay again and build in a resort day.

Number one it was not told to me upfront that I had to pay for Wifi separately so the whole time I was in my room I had no phone service. Also I got no sleep because the thermostat was controlled by the room next door so I tossed and turned all night because they had the heat on 80 degrees. If I set my thermostat it didn't blow out cool if theirs was on heat or vise versa. Certain things need to be said up front so I can better plan for my stay.

I could hear the neighbors very clearly and checkin took over an hour. Besides that I enjoyed my stay.

We were only in town for two quick nights, but the resort was clean and in a good location. It has a lot of nice amenities we didn’t get a chance to take advantage of during our trip. Very close to all the parks and local attractions.

Check in progress was simple, but when they told us to come back in an hour, the concierge desk had no internet to give us keys. Slow internet in room. Great amenities throughout the resort.

Worst experience checking in, took 30 minutes then room bed sheets were stained and blood spots, awful would never stay again, no communication with host after reaching out twice with no response

Property is probably just perfect for young families going to attractions. It’s a hotel and room listed is not necessarily what you will get. Wi-Fi is not included. The front desk person turned it on for free. Be nice and you may get it also. I’d rather stay here than any motel.

Check in was a long wait at 10pm on a Friday night. Once I got to the desk it was fine. Waited 45 minutes in line. Need more staff to handle late arrivals. Sofa bed had a flimsy 2 in foam matress- very uncomfortable for my 100 lb nice and her young daughter. No hairdryer in unit- was delivered within 30 minutes of calling . Wifi connection was easy to set up but after that inital time was very poor Kept saying" Network not available" when we wanted to use it.

My husband and I loved the room. It was clean and we had a wonderful view from the screened in porch. The resort offered so much to do and was extremely well cared for. We would recommend this property for anyone visiting Orlando

While very centrally located this room was dirty, my daughter got lice and after all that the surprising internet charges had me shocked. Furniture was old and worn out bedding was the same. If we had been there longer I would have moved out immediately but it was not a great stay. Staff was friendly at check in but that’s all.

This property seemed to be 5-15 minutes from anywhere you could want to go in Orlando. Disney, universal, airport, restaurants, mini golf, all of these are just minutes away. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check in quick and easy. The sports bar on site is great, we went a couple of times for brunch and dinner. The market has anything you could possibly need, and if they’re closed there is a 24 hour 7/11 just a minute down the road. The rooms were clean, and there is laundry machines available on each floor. 10/10 would recommend. If we come back to Orlando we will definitely be staying here again.

Thus resort is co cenient to all Orlando has to offer, and the resort itself offers tons of amenities. My only complaint is that they put us on a 5th floor room without telling us beforehand that the elevator in our building was broken. Had I know, I would have requested a change of room since my husband is not able to do stairs easily at all. The room also looked different than the listing property I booked, but it WAS comparable. Would just have liked to know I wouldn't be in the exact room specified.

Very nice property situated between Disneyworld and Universal. The grounds were very clean and well-maintained with pools everywhere. The only bad experience was a moldy comforter on our bed that we didn't find out until a couple days later when we held it up to the light. The inside of the panels were moldy. Brought it to the attention of Grant the manager and he was very helpful and gave us $100 room credit which was nice. The chicken wings in the restaurant were great. I would definitely recommend this property and stay there again.

Stayed three nights my 6 year old daughter and I got bed bug bites all over our bodies. Made a report and have not been able to reach anybody to resolve this problem. Left 5 voice-mail and emails to correct this situation. My daughter had received 3 medical attentions for the bites. I have had medical attention also. Do not stay here!!!!!!

Great place, clean, good location! Just no free wifi unless you sign up for the resort's loyalty program. Don't want to sign up? That's fine ... just have to pay $10 a day for internet. Seems odd that this resort wouldn't offer something a Motel 6 offers....

attractions. The host Jake was great and I would stay here again visiting the area.
