Pics didn't show much, but condo is clean, well stocked, just across the street from the beach access and so comfortable. Enjoyed our week there and highly recommend!

We stayed at this condo for the month of April 2023 and we were very pleased. Condo was nice and
clean, in a great location to beach, grocery store, and restaurants. Beach was great for walking and watching sandcastles being built. Water was a little rough for swimming but the young people enjoyed the waves (we are seniors). Be aware that the condo has stairs to the second floor, but the condo itself is spacious with plenty of room to spread out. Parking is convenient in front of the main door. Swimming pool and hot tub were always clean and inviting, and while we were there we mostly had them to ourselves. We appreciated the washer and dryer in unit. We did 3 dolphin boat tours, each one a little different from the others, really enjoyed being out on the water. Also enjoyed the Gladys Porter Zoo in Brownsville. Lots of restaurants to choose from, especially enjoyed Yummies & Meatball Cafe.

Checking in had a little confusion but within 30 minutes the owner Dennis and wonderful housekeeper Virginia had everything under control. Overall my sister and I had a wonderful and much needed vacation. Thank you

Hadn't received our text to get into our condo prior to our arrival. I just simply called Dennis and he sent the proper materials I needed to enter. We did find clothing in drawers and the closets which somewhat concerned us. After our stay I did notify Dennis and tell him. The condo was very clean and was supplied with everything you possibly could need. Enjoyed our stay.

Dennis was very easy to work with and very friendly. The location is great with a short walk to the beach. Sand toys and a surf board are in the condo which made for fun times building sand castles and playing in the water.

I made res for 2023 instead of 2022, owner fixed all and was very kind about it, really helped us out with last min. Problem.

This property had everything we needed and was a perfect place to stay for our fishing trip. It is right across the street from the beach so it’s a very easy walk. The property is in a great location and is well kept. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay
We were happy with our stay. Furnature was functional, could use updates. Frig door was rusty, but clean and functional. Owner was easy access and responsive for smoke dector replacement. Overall a good experiance. Thank You Dennis for sharing your property with us.

I booked this condo for our kids and their spouses over the holidays. It's is clean and well taken care of. There was enough seating for us all to gather there. It is located close to beach, the market and shops. Would highly recommend.

Dolphin # 25 in South Padre Island TX was perfect! The owner Dennis was easy to communicate with and had the condo ready for us. The property was close to shopping, 2 minutes walking to the beach, clean, spacious, and very affordable. I plan on calling Dennis next time we head to South Padre Island.

Excellent family or couple vacation spot
We were so happy with our stay at the condo. It was so clean and homey, had a well-appointed kitchen with everything needed for cooking and baking, had a great location with easy walk to the beach and grocery store. Our host was responsive immediately to any questions. We hope to come back here for our future stays on the island.
