Decor: absolutely beautiful! Very modern, classy, yet so welcoming and comfy. The floor plan was perfect for our family to enjoy! large kitchen/Dining area/living room area). Master bath was large and beautiful, perfect for our bridal party to get ready together! Bedrooms were spaced out for everyone’s privacy. Even the floor in the master was a perfect background for some of our wedding pics of our flowers & other things! We checked out our last day there and I realized I forgot our wedding cake in the fridge(which btw was huge) and ran back up to get it and this beautifully sweet lady affiliated with the owner of the condo was there and just so kind and accommodating & showed us another of the owner’s condos in the same bldg. So we are making plans for our family vaca next year and will definitely get this same condo (everyone was star struck of it) or the other even larger condo she has in the same bldg!
We loved it & Thank you so much for helping to make our wedding wknd unforgettable! The owner was precious, so sweet & kind!

The construction of the water slide was so loud we couldn’t sit outside and heard it inside too. Then beside us some young men came plAyed loud music and yelled saying chug chug chug. Watch it going throw up. It really ruined our 50th anniversary. But the unit was beautiful

Check in and communication with Tresha was simple and easy. Condo was absolutely better than advertiesed. Living room was super comfortable and beds were even better! Cannot beat the location and amenities! Will stay again for sure!

This unit was exactly as promised. Nice balcony furniture and extremely clean. Our family could relax and just enjoy the week together.
A small leak under the sink was fixed right away with no issues.

I had read all the reviews about this unit and could hardly wait to see if all the fantastic reviews were true. I’m happy to report that THEY WERE. The owner is THE BEST I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve been renting beach condos for over 35 years. The grill and hot tub on the balcony are so nice. The water was checked 3 times just to ensure everything was good. Fantastic service!!!
I can think of nothing negative about this place. I will be staying here next year for sure.

We spent one week in this condo during June 2023 and it was a great trip. Lovely condo that is decorated beautifully and it was very clean. Enjoyed our trip and I highly recommend.

Tresha’s condo was very spacious and comfortable for our adult family of five. There were many building amenities and easy beachfront access. Tresha responded to any concerns we had. If you choose to stay, I would suggest you bring plenty of kitchen, laundry soaps, dishwasher liquid, etc, as the toiletries provided are for “one” use.
Know that it is an amazing and beautiful vacation spot and condo. Very fresh, new vibe!

It was like staying in paradise! Such a big pretty condo! Loved the grill and hot tub on our balcony. Turquoise had activities that all ages could participate in. Loved having a bar an grill on the property. We will definitely stay there again!!!!

This condo is decorated beautifully, and the view is amazing! We had plenty of room for four adults and three children. I definitely will rent this one again in the future. There is construction on this side of the building for the new pool and slide, so if you enjoy quiet mornings on the balcony then just be prepared that you will hear banging and drilling. The sliding glass doors are so heavy that you can’t hear the construction when inside the condo. It is such a nice place!

The property was well represented; matched the pictures. The condo was well furnished, including kitchen. The only thing that threw some shade on the experience was the communication about check-in. The actual instructions did not match the process. If we would have simply been told that a access code was not required and this property provided key cards and the correct tower to check in to, or even a clear reply when we reached out to the property manager, a lot of stress and confusion could have been avoided the 1st day. All in all, I would rent the property again. We had a great time.

This was a lovely place. My family of 6 adults and 1 infant were perfectly comfortable. Lots of space to enjoy. The view was fantastic. The place was clean and comfortable and beautiful.

We stayed for 8 nights in this gorgeous condo facing the ocean, and it was perfect! The owner was very kind and engaged with us before, during and after our stay. The condo is absolutely lovely, beautifully furnished and outfitted with everything you need, except your groceries! We ate on the spacious balcony every evening, and enjoyed the beautiful view, and our family time. The unit has a very nice laundry room, which we utilized throughout our stay. The kitchen is well supplied with cookware, dishes, utensils, and everything you need to cook a wonderful meal, which I did almost every night, as we enjoyed fish our guys caught on a deep sea fishing adventure. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The beach on this particular section is perfect, family-friendly and more quiet than further down into Alabama, where we stayed last year. We will definitely stay here again!

She has thought of everything you would need to make family meals in a beautiful chefs kitchen, which we really enjoyed! She had even gone out of her way to send videos of the beach prior to our visit so we could look forward to the trip! If you are looking for an upscale, spacious beachfront property, this is your place! It truly was a little piece of paradise! Thanks for the wonderful experience, Tresha!

We had a great week! The property is beautiful, clean and very large! The only negative we encountered were very noisy upstairs neighbors at all hours. Other than that, amazing! Would definitely stay again!
