Absolutely loved this place and will come back here. We wish we had stayed longer in San Sebastián and are looking to purchase similar apartments as an investment. The host met us and was so very kind. Best place to stay with a large family in San Sebastián. The kids loved being close to the beach and all the shopping .

We loved our stay here as a family group of 6 adults and the apartment worked really well for us. The apartment was spacious, clean and very well presented, nice bathrooms and in a great area on a pedestrian only street.
Whilst we ended up eating out more than we thought we might (the food is so good in the old town - a short walk away), the kitchen was very well equipped and it was great to have the washing machine!
Leticia was super accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had and very helpful.
Parking was literally around the corner at San Martin carpark so getting our luggage to the apartment was very easy - and good to have a lift.
The bedrooms were quiet at night with the doors closed and there were portable air conditioners in the bedrooms if you needed them.
The apartment is in a great area of Sans Sebastián with lots of up market shops and cafe/restaurants very close by.

Couldn't rate the property more highly - location is unbeatable in the centre of all the action, clean apartment with all facilities you could need. I don't usually use apartments as I prefer hotel facilities but had absolutely no regrets booking here

Everything! This property has it all, you have everything that you need and more. Its in the center so you are close to the beach, old part, sights,... The host is super friendlly and responsive. I give it a 10.

This property is in a wonderful central location in the heart of the shopping area. It’s also only a 5 minute walk from the beautiful La Concha beach and an easy 5-10 minute walk from the Old Town with its amazing food options. There’s lots of lively activity during the day, but it’s very quiet for sleeping after the shops and bars/restaurants close (by about 10:30 p.m. in this area). The apartment is very clean and attractive. It’s also spacious and bright and has all the amenities you need. Ekaitz our host was super friendly and efficient.

Fantastic location, great space and incredibly helpful host who even assisted us with a restaurant booking. Great facilities including in the kitchen if you did want to cook (not that we would in San Sebastian with so many fantastic food options).
Very hot in the summer - although fans were provided. Bar downstairs are loud clearing up (however it is far far quieter than staying in the old town).

The location was very good, close to the beach and the old center.
The apartment is very well equipped, dishwasher, washing machine including detergents for them, vacuum cleaner, iron, oven, microwave oven. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are well positioned for proper privacy.
20 m away is a supermarket that has absolutely everything you need for a leisurely mini-stay.
Being ultra-centrally positioned, parking was expensive. I paid 27 euros per day in August.

Excellent location - Zara is literally just opposite the apartment (if you like shopping) with other shops just around the corner or a short 5-10 minute walk away. In fact, EVERYTHING is no more than a 10 min walk away (the beach, restaurants, old town). On top of that, the apartment is wonderfully appointed - beds are comfy, bathrooms and kitchen spotless, all the amenities you could possibly want, and we spent several hours just hanging out in the lovely/comfortable living and dining areas, such a joy to be in the apartment.
It was very easy to locate and pick up the keys from the host.
Only drawback is that sometimes smoke from the diners in the cafe below the apartment would waft in - not something anyone can help though!

Very clean. Towels and beds were very comfortable. Super location - 8 minutes walk into the heart of old town, 3 minutes walk to the beach, supermarket just round the corner, conveniently situated in the shopping district (bustling in the day, and a quiet sleep at night), and 8 minutes walk to the central bus station if you’re doing day trips out of San Sebastián. Couldn’t ask for a better location. The host was friendly and greeted us with a map and tips for our stay, we’ll definitely be back!

Great central location in San Sebastian - walk to everything. Apartment newly renovated, clean and a joy to stay in. Hosts very helpful and provided everything we needed.
Parking in the city was expensive for a multiday stay.

Amazing location, just a few mins walk to the old town and beach. Apartment was beautifully furnished and very clean. Will definitely come back again. Property well managed and any questions we had were promptly answered.

The location is superb. In a shopping area (and car parking within a few minutes walking), a few minutes walking from the beach and also just a few minutes walking from the older part of town. The appartment itself modern, clean and fully equipped. The hosts provide useful information about San Sebastian, restaurants etc.
The rooms at the streetside may experience some noise from the bar/restaurant located in the street until closing of the bar/restaurant.

We had such a nice time here! The hosts were very accommodating and friendly and met us upon arrival. The apartment is very central, very clean, roomy and modern. The kitchen is well equipped and if you come by car there is a public, underground parking garage across the street. This apartment is located one block from the beach, which was perfect for us!
