Amazing location to stay. Renting a golf cart and driving around town is a must. Appreciate the fans for upstairs bedroom since it was a very hot week. Beds were great Would stay again!

The place is exactly as described and shown in the pics - spacious, clean, clearly well maintained and literally off Duval street, yet offering a secluded environment for when you need it.
We stayed for a couple of days in the last week of May 2023, and didn’t have any noise or disturbances at any time - day or night, despite being so close to the Main Street.
Parking was a big plus for us, very convenient and again, clean and spacious, and most importantly- out of the sun!
We walked nearly everywhere, and with restaurants literally within 50 yards of the property entrance, we could easily manage late dinners with children, without having to worry we’d have to walk long back to the apartment.
All in all, an excellent property, that’s tastefully maintained and will not disappoint!!

Great property with parking which was big plus. Property very nice and location was excellent. Great to arrive and find basics like coffee spices etc available. We did take a few photos of items (chip on front step, towel holder needing repair and broken window on porch) to ensure owners didnt think it was us. Would absolutely stay at his location again

The townhouse was perfect for our family of 5. The tween slept on the pullout couch and said it was comfortable. The two upstairs room each had an attached bathroom and were both spacious.
The unit was well equipped with kitchen supplies and beach towels.
The pool area is just a quick walk from the front door and it over looks Duval street. The area was quiet at night time, walk down the street for the action and the lively bars.
Check in and out was super simple and we had great communication with the owners prior to arrival. I would highly recommend this unit to others looking for a quiet townhome in downtown Key West.

This property was great! Quiet and in the perfect location for biking up and down Duval Street. The pool was great too!

We would 100% stay here again. Location of the property was perfectly located on the Duval strip but just far enough from the late night bars to sleep like a baby at night. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Only complaint was the AC didn't cool below 76 then would cool below 80. We contacted the property manager and within 15 mins had industrial fans and an AC tech on the way. Issue was resolved before we got back from dinner, wish we would have called a couple of days sooner. But other than that hiccup the stay was perfect and felt extremely safe.

Great location and property
This is our second time staying at Duval Square and we love it. While it is about a 10 minute walk up to Willie T's and another 5 to Sloppy Joe's the location is ideal. There is a small mini mart right next door and a couple restaurants right on the property. The property is clean, parking is a breeze (we rented a golf cart from jvrentall) and we just love it. We're already looking to book our next vacation here.

The nightlife was great on Duval St. but our area was nice and quiet to come back to at the end of the night a few blocks away. The pool was very clean and warm , lots of lounge chairs for the sun, but plenty of tables and chairs in the shade under a covered deck. The door lock is a combo type and can be tricky, have patience and in a day or two you’ll have it down pat. Plenty of hot water, showers were great, all appliances were working and iron and blow dryers available. TVs were big and clear, good Wi-Fi reception. No complaints from us. We all agreed we would stay here again if we do have a chance to do another trip.

DUVAL Street CONDO
The condo was located more towards the Southern End of Duval street, but you can walk to all the restaurants, the strip center of stores it's above was great for grabbing something to eat. Very comfortable, beds where amazing, to move them up and down, higher quality than most places we have stayed, plenty of room for 6 - 8 even more people outside balcony, not much of a view, but it was nice to have to sit out in the mornings.
