That the air did not work and it was 80 plus degrees inside!

The bed in the master was not comfortable at all. And the maid showed up an hour before we left and waited in her van. We felt watched even though I know we weren’t. It was just uncomfortable.

The house was beautiful

I was disappointed in the small part of the gulf and Bay we could see. The sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable and no sheets were provided and the deadbolt on front door needed replacing, the microwave had a couple of issues

The location was helped by the parking passes to the beach; otherwise we would have had to walk a considerable distance with lots of beach equipment. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and the supplies appreciated. The space of the house was somewhat limited, but comfortable for four adults and two children.

The furniture was worn, torn in places, and did not seem to have been cleaned in a long time (we felt the need to cover it with sheets); two of the mattresses were so hard that they were literally "unsleepable." The only furniture available for the multiple decks were two old chairs - having at least a table with four chairs would have been helpful. Including in the listing that there are no beach chairs or any beach equipment would have also been helpful.

Nice location close to the beach. Decently clean. Nice washer and dryer for all the towels. Appreciated the keypad entrance instead of having to keep up with a key. Also, ease of check in and check out was nice.

Master bed was uncomfortable and not all the dishes were clean. Wine glass still had lipstick on it, etc.
