ALL NEW APPLIANCES. Vacasa folks were very helpful—immediate response to lock system problems.

The furniture was old and broken down. The outside of the house had mold and mildew, as well as torn and missing screens. The lock system was difficult at best. Pictures showed a boat lift on the dock. It did not work and looked like it had not worked in a long time. The dock was old and full of splitters. I spend much less money on the Florida Keys in a VRBO house in much better shape than this house.

Property was clean. Had direct access to the water.

Several things need fixing. Microwave in kitchen did not work right (also wrong plate size for that appliance) Outside lights not working even after electrician was there. Light switches not easily identified. Faucet in kitchen sink leaking. Tv and VCR not working in one bedroom. Kitchen could have used some small plates., but mostly well equipped.

The place needs a lot of upgrading and work done to it, not really clean and has a awful smell when you walk In. The pier is broken and half of the appliances and lights did not work. It’s not worth the money and we will NOT be going back to this place at all.
