The host was quite friendly and accommodating, also accommodating my late check-in and early morning check-out. Common areas and items such as the fridge and the TV area were easily accessible. Complimentary toiletries were also offered, and a local cable TV.

The location is in an area that takes some grit with loud neighbours and industrial-type surroundings, also being near a body of waste like water, the smell can become overwhelming. I also spotted a cockroach during my stay that was heading very fast to my bag before I killed it with my shoe lol. The sheets/linen were also slightly itchy.

The floor became flooded when using the shower and the bed was uncomfortable.

Very comfortable and they are very accommodating. Calm atmosphere and value for money. Shops and take away shops +/- 1.2km

Area not to fantastic, look past that and you will be enjoying your stay.

I didn't like that the location at no card machine and this place had no arrangements with booking.com although I booked on booking.com. they forced me to pay cash the moment I got there not even giving me a chance to settle in and now that i paid cash BOOKING.COM IS requireing me to put in my details again as to double bill me??? BAD COMMUNICATION BETWEEN BOOKING AND BROOKLYN
