Location, size of property, and cleanliness. I always stay at this resort area anytime in Orlando. So convenient to parks and convention center.
Kitchen is minimally stocked. If you plan on cooking be sure to bring everything needed. There is no take some leave some pantry (ie. Salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc)

No frying pans in the kitchen to make breakfast. Had breakfast 🍳 outside.

I loved the property concept. It was clean and comfortable and quiet. a home away from home.
I didn’t like that there wasn’t enough bath cloths.

The key was the central location. Close to many attractions and shopping. Spacious rooms. Lots of amenities. All necessities were provided.
