The view in the morning, close to the pool to check on the kids and the close proximity of amusement parks.

The issue to get in the unit, an hour and a half waiting outside the unit bc the access code was not working even with the codes getting from calls. Had to stay in unit until next morning to get a working access code. Had to cancel a reservation with family. Was very upset and made a complaint with no reimbursement. Not staying with Casiola ever again.
