We really enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect and close to everything. The house was clean when we arrived. The only thing we disliked were the amount of glade plug-ins in the house. It seemed like there was one in every outlet and the scent became overwhelming with our allergies. I would say one per floor is plenty, if at all. Even with that said we would definitely rebook and felt the house had plenty of room for all of us.

Nice location and was able to get to the places I needed to get to = the chalet is nice however it really needs to be refurbished with cleaner and more updated bedding for example - things were a bit shabby for the price although everything was in working order - the GRILL however - caught on fire as it had never been cleaned and apparently there was a rather large buildup of stuff under the drip pans that caught fire - scarred it would explode the gas bottle so couldn't use the grill - shame since I planned on doing burgers and chicken on the grill! The Mini Split isn't big enough for the house - didn't take out the moisture or humidity - and the directions need to be updated - had to turn on the main switch though no mention of that -good thing I have a house that has them and used them for over 30 years overseas! - the TV is working but there are no DIRECTIONS on how to use it = figured out how to find some apps but couldn't find cable stations just to get the local news? The lights are kinda of quirky, but you figure them out after a while - but the whole house is rather dark - dark wood and dark furnishings and dark paint - so the windows although large enough to let in light really don't do the trick - needs some fresh lighter updating!!! Of course I have redone about 11 houses and i have already redone this place in my head - just in case you want some pointers! Over we were able to get by and because we hadn't seen each other in years it was a fun get time!

The house was the perfect size for all five of us. The beds were comfortable and we all fit in the upper loft with a lot of space. The closeness to trails and North Conway was perfect. Already looking forward to our stay in the area next year!

We loved our stay in the Cathedral Ledge area. The view upon approach was stunning. The home laid out perfectly for our group. The separate bedroom with bunk bed was peaceful and had its own den. The 3 other bedrooms shared the full bath downstairs. Upstairs the family room furniture was soo comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The half bath upstairs was good sized. Both decks had nice views. Loved this getaway!

This property was centrally locating to several ski resorts and other attractions. We also enjoyed having the living space to relax in after a long day of activities.

This was our second visit and we really enjoyed it. Close to town & hiking. Very nice neighborhood. My only request would be a new mattress in the master bedroom as we had to switch beds due to be being uncomfortable. Brandon is great with communication. Definitely would recommend this property.

Brandon was great with preparing us for a few things you need to know before staying in his house. Everything you could think of is there in the check in book. The location was perfect for us, quick access to town and everything in North Conway. The weather was perfect to start a fire in the wood stove, it was great to have easy access to the wood already there. All we needed to grab was duraflame logs to get it started. Overall was a great weekend, perfect for checking out the cool colors of peak leaf season. Would highly recommend!

The property met our needs perfectly. It was clean upon our arrival. It had a fully equipped Kitchen. All in all we had a great experience.

If you like to walk or hike this is your dream place to stay. Walked the trails from the house almost to Cathedral Ledge but decided to take a 5 minute car ride instead. The front house faces the beautiful view of the ledge. Peaceful and close to everything within a 5 minute drive you 20 minute walk your at Zebs and 15 min drive to Story Land. Owners are amazing and house was spotless and you felt like you were in your home away from home
