The pictures of this listing do not do it justice. My wife and I stayed for a 3 week stretch and had an amazing time. The apartment is well furnished, the hot tub works amazingly, and the walk to and from town made every evening very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested.

This place was great. Close enough to town to walk. Very private, we especially loved the private hot tub. Garage parking was a huge plus. Norma was great with communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. The heated floors were also great! We will be back again

This place was much nicer than the pictures showed. It was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. With the split floor plan, a bedroom at each end, it was perfect for two couples. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Awesome is all I can say. The property is conveniently located near town but far enough away to feel like a getaway. So peaceful. Lovely and clean.

Cozy place, plenty big for 4 adults. About a 1 mile walk into town, but with the elevation and going uphill the walk back from town felt long. I didnt really notice or discover it until late in my stay, but TONS of hiking and mountain bike trails all over right by the house. Wish i would have taken better advantage of that. A great place to stay close to town.

We had a great stay! Excellent location close to town. Loved the neighborhood! There is a bus that picks up at the end of the block but we chose to walk back and forth most of the time. The hot tub was perfect! Clean and private even with the surrounding homes close by. Norma was a great host and responded quickly to any questions we had. Thank you, Norma, for sharing your home with us. We are looking forward to our next stay!

This was our second year staying at the property; this year was a 10 day stay. We love that the property is dog friendly and within walking distance to downtown. The kitchen is well stocked with just about everything you need to prepare meals. Definitely plan on staying at this property again in the future.

Rental was perfect for our family getaway. Location is close to town with option to use free bus nearby. The hot tub a nice treat, and it had a great view. The rental is over a three car garage, so climbing stairs is a must. Owner was friendly and receptive to a few suggestions. Overall would recommend!

We loved staying in this home!! It was lovely and roomy yet cozy and comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace that we could just turn on any time for some extra heat. The kitchen was perfect with a large frig for storing our food and food prep. The private hot tub was all ours and was just outside our sliding glass doors. There was tons of natural light and two very comfortable bedrooms and 2 full baths. The garage was perfect for storing our skis and the main entrance was a great place to put on, take off and store our ski boots. We had our own washer and dryer right outside our front door upstairs which was easily accessible, and since it was just outside the apartment, we didn't have to hear any noise. The walk to the bus stop was fine, even in ski boots (easy to get there, just uphill coming back). We were also able to walk downtown and back with no problem. The home was clean and comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised with how nice it was!! The pictures didn't do it justice! The kitchen had all of the appliances you would ever need, plus spices, etc. You just need to bring your own cooking spray or oil if you plan to use the stove. Bring your own condiments as well. Overall we had a great time at Breck and this home made ita wonderful stay!! Thank you!!!

This property was a terrific value for a ski weekend in Breck. Location was close to bus and walkable to town when needed. Everything was clean and in order and we did not have any issues that needed addressing. Norma texted to check to see if we needed anything. Would stay here again.

We absolutely enjoyed our time at this property, and Norma was a fantastic owner. We had some minor issues, and Norma was easy to reach and always helped. The property is located a short walk from town, and is accessible by free trolley if needed. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Property was in great location. It was perfect for my family. We used free public transportation just down the street. So very convenient. The hot tub was a plus. We had snow and the driveway was cleaned right away. I would definitely stay at this property again

We loved this cozy yet spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated apartment in Breck. The beds were very comfortable, the living room furniture was stylish and functional, the artwork was so pretty, updated kitchen, high ceilings, and best of all was the private hot tub after a fun day of skiing. Norma was very responsive with my request to replace the specialized closet light fixture bulb. This place is a true gem and we hope to return. Thank you for providing a beautiful location for our family vacation!

The apartment was exactly as described and was a wonderful place to stay. The hot tub was a highlight - super clean and a great amenity after a day of skiing. The location was steps away from a free shuttle bus and a 10-15 minute walk to downtown. There were also hiking trails close by. If I had to be picky and had to make a complaint, the only "negative" was the kitchen wasn't stocked with staples like Saran wrap, foil, sandwich bags, etc. But as you can imagine, that is not a deal breaker and just something to plan for. I would 100% recommend staying here and will for sure the next time we visit Breckenridge.

Exactly what we needed for my family of 5 and one small dog. Price was very competitive and the walk to town wasn't bad at all (maybe 10 minutes). Hot tub with views of the mountains was great during the chilly evenings.

Spacious condo in excellent location
This was a perfect place to stay while visiting Breckenridge for a ski weekend. The condo is confidentially located just a few blocks of Main St. with shuttle access very close by. Nice split floorplan with a vaulted ceiling, an open concept, and lots of natural light. Having an attached garage was a big bonus, along with a private deck and hot tub. Great views. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful property located close enough from Main Street Breck to make the walk. Norma was lovely and always responded to questions quickly. The private hot tub was an added bonus and was perfect after a long day on the slopes.
