Very beautiful and "fun" layout; comfortable and quiet. Host was helpful and available. Wish we had time to stay a couple of extra days. Plan to use again.

This was my first VRBO experience. Ken’s place was funky cool and a great location for heading downtown.

This is our second time staying at Ken's property and it was another great stay. The apt is very roomy and in a great location. I highly recommend it.

Quaint hidden gem

I chose Mobile as the best stop to break up a roadtrip from Nashville to New Orleans. Once there, we wanted to stay longer and immediately looked up the closest airports. We particularly loved this apartment as it not only had everything we needed but was a joy to stay in. We love the eclectic style used to decorate this charming studio apartment. Everywhere I looked was an interesting and beautiful design element. Seriously made my heart soar. The neighborhood was perfect for us with seriously delicious food and fun bars a close walk away. There is a fabulous little market just a few blocks away, too. This neighborhood has all the charm of New Orleans., but smaller, cleaner, less crowded and much more affordable. Overall, this was a 3,000 mile roadtrip that started in Michigan and included Nashville, Mobile, NOLA, Austin, and Memphis and the very best meal we ate was at The Blind Mule, a few blocks away from this sweet rental. We're telling everyone about the hidden gem that Mobile is and we visited during a hard freeze. We hope to return when we can enjoy some beach time and will definitely stay at this fantastic rental.

Nice place with full kitchen, comfy bed, and a hot shower

Such a quiet place…amazing interior design… beautiful neighborhood….within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting Mobile!!!

My family was passing through Mobile on a road trip and we chose to stay here. Very clean, easy access and a lot of amenities you won’t get with a hotel room. Seems to be in a great location should you ever consider staying in Mobile to see, taste and hear all this area has to offer!

The property is beautiful with excellent off-street parking. The location is great, felt safe, and the apartment has everything you need.

Great little place- it had everything I needed for a short stay, and the neighborhood market ( 2 blocks away) was great for dinner, a beer, and live music on the rooftop deck. Ken was accommodating and considerate.

Just as pictured! The location is great, the bed is comfortable and the shower is clean. Easy to find and easy parking. I felt very safe walking my dog at night in the neighborhood. Cute coffee shop just around the corner. Highly recommend this VRBO!

Great location in downtown not much traffic there which is great ,but a lot of restaurants/ bars near by and I would love to book this place again!!

We have rented a downstairs apartment before of this property before so we knew the area and the uniqueness of the apartments. It was just as it was described. It was me, my husband and our 9lb furry family member. We would probably prefer the larger apartment/apartments, but only due to our usual sleeping arrangements or a couch that would sleep at least 1. It is a small kitchen so not alot of extra supplies can be kept but we didn't need them. Our puppy has a tendency to sniff all the crooks and crannies and was able to find a couple things that were missed under the couch and bed but we caught it quick. We would stay here again and especially the bigger one

The bed was very comfy. Ken met us in the parking lot.

This was a halfway point on a long journey from Clearwater Beach area to Missouri. Was pleasantly surprised with the ambience, location and the most comfortable bedding. Thank you for such great hospitality. I most definitely will return. Dinner at Dumb Waiter was superior and the downtown area has so much to offer. Love your little town!

Convenient to down town and grocery store for shopping. Nice place.

Our family often meets in Mobile as we live in Florida and everyone else lives in New Orleans. Both of our kids have attended South Alabama and I sure wish we had found Ken’s properties years ago! They are extremely comfortable and just a short walk to so many restaurants and coffee shops. The beds are all very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed to have a great family weekend!

Once again this spot rose to the occasion supplying us with another magical night in Mobile! The bed alone would be reason to stay but the location makes it must. Already planning to stay in Kens awesome apartment on next summer’s vacation. Everything you need and the rooms are oh so interesting. We really enjoyed our time and definitely recommend!
