The breakfast was exceptional. The pancakes and omelets were very good. Many more food choices than your typical free buffet. Delicious Location = right by the stadium

Was not willing to change my dates and made false excuse that because it was third party, they could do nothing about it.

The location and breakfast were good.

The pool looked like it had not been cleaned in at least a week (during a high heat index). The floor of the room was sticky and stained our feet black. The locked up soap and tall sink made it basically impossible for our 7 yr old to wash his hands. The tile near the door to the pool was so slick, my son fell twice after getting out of the pool.

Location and proximity to restaurants

The receptionist was not super friendly but still did the job we needed done.

It’s very close to the University of South Alabama which is why we stayed there.

When I checked in, I was immediately greeted by a woman who clearly didn’t want to be there. She did the bare minimum to check me in. When I went to sign the papers, I noticed she had me down for a king bed when I reserved 2 queens beds. Of course, this bothered her. I asked if there were any available. She said no but was able to get a cot. We were put in a room right next to the elevator and the breakfast area. We asked to switch rooms which again, was a huge problem for her. She was rude and lied and told my husband that I yelled at her which i absolutely did not. Upon getting to another room, the bathroom floor was filthy! I wiped it down and had to request new towels. You’d swear I was asking for this same woman to donate a kidney!

The property is clean and great proximity to my daughters school, the staff is very kind and it’s clean
