Great location to walk anywhere downtown and eat, nice little pool, pet friendly. Cheap parking very nearby, will stay again.

The hotel was misleading

The atmosphere was amazing. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The bed was comfortable.

The tv remote didn’t work right. The shower head needs to be re-pressurized. The fact I had to wear a wristband when I have a room key and ID.

very nice property in the heart of downtown mobile . I loved the hotel it was very clean the staff was friendly and easy to speak with regarding and questions .

there was a dog on the floor I stayed on who barked almost all night. I did notify the front desk and he did try to fix the issue but couldn’t find which guest had the dog.

I liked the location. It was close to the Saengar, where we were going to see a show.

There wasn't always valet or a front desk clerk. I was told valet left street 11 pm but the front desk would handle it after then (because I knew I wouldn't return to hotel until after 11pm). When I returned I prkd my vehicle in front of hotel near hotel entrance.. And There was no front desk clerk when I got there. I waited for 5 - 10 mins. No one came. So I went to my room. I called from my cell, got no answer. Then called from hotel phone to front desk still no answer. Then I waited another 10 mins. called front desk and finally got someone. And then he was rude. I asked him if I could just leave my car where it was at or did I need to bring my keys to him for him/other hotel employee to move it to parking lot. He rudely answered that I had to bring my keys to him. So then after having brought my keys to front desk clerk immediately after the phone call. I woke up the next morning checked out, retrieved my keys from valet and saw that my vehicle NEVER moved from where I parked it........................And there was a huge dark black stain in the bathroom closet of my room, so cleanliness could have been better.

front desk guy wasn’t very friendly plus there were minimal vending machines on the property and no included breakfast.

Hotel bathroom was dirty. Did not have a microwave in our suite. Did NOT have the local college football game!!!!

it was gorgeous and so clean. Also everyone was so nice and polite 😊

My Tv didnt work. AC didnt work. Outlet was missing. Maintenance came to fix the tv. We were eventually moved to another room and had a great time.
