It is exactly like advertised, feels like holiday home. Recommened for long stays. Very neat hotel with all needed amenities.

Great apartment, fresh and clean. landlord was really nice. the location is a little off but just a 5 minute walk to the beach. very peaceful and quiet!:) 10/10

Firstly Nelson, was very willing to help me with everything I might need - even requests beyond the stay like bike renting or SIM card uses or items needed, he would hell where he could. I very much enjoyed staying here the highlights being the staff, the quiet and efficient AC, the beautiful bathroom and very important to me - the cleanliness was in top. The location is great, close enough to both arambol beach and Mandrem beach that you can easily walk it and with a bike it’s simply perfect. It is far enough away from the busy arambol and road that you can enjoy the quiet when you need it. The bathroom is without a doubt the best I’ve seen in India, with beautiful shower cabin, hot water and great water pressure. This is a perfect base for chilling on the beach, attending yoga classes in Arambol or taking a kitesurfing lesson in Mandrem, which is what I did during my stay here. Always coming home to a nice and cool home where I can relax with a home made chai in the kitchen asset. I can highly recommend Cassiopeia Nest to anyone. Female, 27, Denmark

It was clean, spacious and brand new, fully equipped kitchen, pleasant bed. It DOES NOT HAVE aircon, there is an extra payment to use aircon and the place is not that expensive but not the best value for money

It’s very isolated and quite far, if you are willing to walk every night with a torch through the dark little super quiet roads or trails then fine, if you have a scooter also fine, if you’re a girl alone or two girls, forget about it! Very difficult to find the location! I had an emergency problem, no one around, like a horror movie at night time and the owner was one of the less emphatic person I met in India, shocking! He didn’t care, he only cares about his property. No commotion or emotion towards what I was going through, help or anything, “not my problem” attitude ... it’s a shame
