The stay was very comfortable. The owner-Mr. Johny was just one call away for all our needs. The rooms and washrooms were exceptionally clean. You can trust me blindly on this. Ashvem beach was just a 5 mins walk from our place. Overall, had a great time. The apartment is exactly the same as shown in pictures!

One of the best stays I have been to. Johnny is a gem of a guy! Very helpful and caters to your need to make your stay comfortable. The beach is just 2-3 mins to the beach. The guest house is located in a serene place away from the hue and cue. It has got a kitchen as well and the place is super neat .There are awesome eateries nearby. The beach is super clean and less crowded!

The owner Johnny Britto is a gem of a person. Whatever you need just let him know and he ensures that its fulfilled. Value for money is what the place is.

The location was a bit off for us as the place is a bit far from Calangute Baga area, otherwise its a perfect place for a peaceful stay.

The owner was cooperative, the room was equipped with a good kitchen, covid safety measures.

The place is quite away from the bustle. It’s located in a calm and quite place very near to Ashvem beach. Johnny is an excellent host. He ensured we were comfortable during the entire stay. Couldn’t explain more. Just book this place if you find it available. You’re stay will truly become a memory and you’ll certainly get a new friend (Johnny)
