Great beds, fast internet, full cable TV, HDMI cord open on TV. Ocean view. My TMobile uc5G was very fast. Walk to beach, pier, restaurants, bars, and public transportation. Will stay here again.

Everything went smoothly and we loved the condo. It wasn’t clear at the time I booked that the ocean water was unsafe in this particular location so it was kind of a bummer to stay right on the beach, but have to drive a few miles north to swim. Looking back, that’s probably why it was affordable. Overall, we loved it. Would stay here again.

Very enjoyable and comfortable place. Beds are nice in all rooms. Furniture is comfortable and user friendly. View and accessibility to the beach is wonderful. We enjoyed our stay here.

This condo was awesome clean had everything we needed for our stay ! The area had a variety of restaurants, beach clean, area for kids to play close by, an awesome peer. Only unavoidable issue the sea water was contaminated had to go to other beaches to enjoy the water. Otherwise great place for anyone to stay.

The check in was a little slow as the cleaners weren’t finished, we couldn’t get a hold of the managers, everything was closed up. We needed a few towels, and had some questions and wish there would have been more people around to easily communicate with. We also wish there would have been a travel advisory posted for the beach the condo sits on. It’s quite often closed for contamination and we wish we would have known that.

Perfect for families
This was just what we needed. Perfect location. We could go out every morning and get a great spot on the beach and just hang out and relax and play games. The condo was clean and cool and perfect. I had to text the owners one time and they responded quickly. We are going to stay here again next year. Thank you
The only thing I suggest is to get a cheese grater and a can opener. Also, a regular coffee maker. But other than that it was the most perfect vacation ever. Thank you

Great family getaway
Great location. Not too busy. Easy access to the beach and pool. The only con was our Condo was not ready at 3pm -still cleaning til 4pm. Besides that it was very relaxing

The layout of the condo was perfect for our family. Very secure complex. The pool & hot tub were great, as was the view & distance to the beach. However, there was a homeless man with a cart full of stuff directly btwn our view & the beach, obviously not something the property managers can control. Imperial Beach is a very family friendly area but a bit far from tourist sites in downtown San Diego.

Stayed with large family group. Location was wonderful but not super close to San Diego. Condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable. It is dated but everything was in good working order. We also called the number it had & no one answered, but other than that we loved it, & everything was nice & clean

Upon arrival we found that the pool was not heated and the jacuzzi was empty. The property manager kept insisting that the pool was heated, which we later found out that the pool heater was being repaired. The pool finally warmed up on our last day. The jacuzzi was never repaired our entire stay. In spite of multiple emails to the owner I did not at a minimum receive an apology!!
