Highly recommend staying here. Rose and Huan were great hosts. My partner fell ill during our stay and they both went out of their way to make her feel comfortable, even offering to come along to the doctors if we needed help with translation. The property is clean and has all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay.

Big Warning to everyone who wanna book it!!! They scam you with the Currency!!! They made up their own Exchange Rate and you end up paying way more then the price here at Booking.com and when confronted with the correct exchange rate according to Google They simply refuse to accept it..

Rose is the lady at the front desk she will look after you and give you all of the information you need, if you want to site see. She will also arrange scooters for you at a reasonable price. Breakfast every morning with fruit and coffee also a breakfast menu.

Das Personal war leider nicht so hilfsbereit Wirkt eher nach einem billigeren Hotel

Etwa 5 Minuten Gehzeit vom Zentrum entfernt. Alles war perfekt und die Zimmer hatten alles was man benötigt. Auch das Personal war stets hilfreich und wir konnten auch problemlos mehrmals die Rollerreserierung wechseln und haben dann auch hinterher ganz spontan einen bekommen.

Wir würden empfehlen ein Zimmer im hinteren Bereich anzufragen, da wir in der ersten nacht eins vorne an der Straße hatten (mit Balkon) und das war dann doch etwas sehr laut. Hühner sind jedoch überall zu hören, was uns aber nicht all zu sehr gestört hat.

Budget hotel close to the old city with excellent breakfast. The managers are very helpful and speak vey good English. In a city where everything is a little bit on the expensive side this hotel offers excellent value for money. The breakfast is good quality and varied with western and Asian options. The extra hotel services such as tours and rentals were reasonable priced and it was easy to walk anywhere I needed to go.

We were on the ground floor, when we opened the window there were people sitting outside right next to where our bed was, so couldn’t really get any natural light in the morning while maintaining privacy. Also breakfast is 7.30am-9.30am, which is quite early! They are very strict about the times, as we overslept and tried to get breakfast at 9.50am and were refused.

Everything was perfect. Quite hôtel. Room with shower and toilet. Cleaned everyday. Host is super friendly ans helpfull when needed. Breakfast : fruits + eggs + coffee/tea + Orange juice. Good location.

We had a great stay here and enjoyed every day. Every morning started with a pretty nice breakfast. The stuff welcomed us warmly and helped us in a bad situation. We felt great hospitality and felt very well during our stay and got help with every question. The citycenter is close and you can reach the main points easily by foot.

Elephant Boutique Hotel was g great place to stay in Luang Prabang. The location is walking distance to then night market and town, the hosts were very helpful with motorbike, and travel bookings and were great at recommending things to do while we were in town. We will stay again when we come back through!

Pas de location de scooter, ni de vélo. Service de linge relativement cher en comparaison des prix du reste de la ville. Je n’ai pas eu la chambre que j’avais réservé au début de mon séjour car un couple avait prolongé son séjour. Ah moment du départ, alors que j’ai un train dans 1h et un taxi, la responsable m’informe ne pas prendre la carte bancaire (alors qu’elle m’avait dit oui au début du séjour). Elle me demande de payer en cash (un montant important). N’ayant pas assez de cash, elle n’est pas du tout arrangeante et me fait faire plusieurs ATM qui ne marchent pas. Après 30 min de galère, elle me propose de son suivre un ami à elle en scooter pour aller payer en carte bancaire. Nous avons manqué le train de peu. Pas du tout arrangeante sur aucun plan.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und fußläufig viel erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte einen Balkon zur Straße, da konnte man gut das „aufwachen“ der Stadt beobachten… Es gab ein tolles Frühstück mit vielen Auswahlmöglichkeiten und einem großen, gemischten Obstteller. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und man konnte auch Wäsche waschen lassen.

Das Zimmer war etwas klein und mir hat tatsächlich Ablagefläche gefehlt.

Simple rooms with everything you would need. The receptionist, Rose, was a delight. She was so kind, approachable and helpful.

Absolutely spotless. Great location close to the night market and royal palace. Amazing breakfast (make sure you order the French toast!). Staff were so helpful and booked tickets to the waterfalls for us and a train ticket as we had left it too late to book ourselves. One of our bags broke and the receptionist brought us straight to a place nearby to get it fixed, he was so extremely helpful. Really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend!
