Nice staff , very friendly

Jacuzzi Bath Tub is not jacuzzi at all and it leak. I booked for 3 nights but I found at the 1st night that the bath tab leak after used and I have to spent hours to clean up the room.. Hotels staff changed to to cheaper room on the next days but finally they charged me at the rate of luxury room with leaking bath tub. Hotels said that breakfast end at 10am but when i asked for breakfast at 9:30 am they said all gone! Hotels also said I can pay by VISA debit card in dollar but after I topped up USD to my card and made payment they siad EDC is out of order.

Great location in a lush green neighbourhood in a quiet street near a lovely restaurant and 2 wonderful temples

The bathroom and loo lack privacy as they are in the main living area and behind frosted glass

The room was very comfortable and the location was great.

The staff could not speak English.

Staff were great and helpful. Location is excellent and the room clean. We were assisted on all our requests by knowledged and good English speaking staff. Laundry was good and very reasonable. We will stay again if we can get back here. Quite superb quality for the cost.

Firm bed but staff found us an additional matress cover and extra pillows.

Beautiful room ,firm bed but staff found softer cover for the super king size bed with crisp white sheets and cover. Tea, coffee etc all we could expect were here. Staff friendly and English speaking and the hotel is very central to all the town has to offer. The hotel is constructed so that it blends with the rest of the heritage location. Breakfast was good so our conclusion is great value for the money. Staff member went out of his way to help us with our mobile phone service which had expired. When we come back to this lovely world heritage town we will stay again. Great stay despite the surprise of the shower and toilet inside the room even though screened.

Very little although a little surprised by the shower toilet arrangement. But beautiful shower anyway.
