poor furnishings , internet didn’t work and needed repair, kitchen cabinets poor quality, furniture in living room poor quality, no paper tools, shower leaked. had to complain as pull out sofa had not been made up with sheets etc

Location is great, the building is magnificent and the room is quite big with a beautiful garden view.

The pull out sofa instead of a bed was very uncomfortable.

INCREDIBLE location. In the center of the city right by luxurious shops and streets. 2 minutes from Ponte Vecchio, 2 minutes from Ufizzi Gallery. Elevator for the heavy luggages, cold AC in room. Guests were accommodating and checked us in 1 hour in advance, greatly appreciated.

The bed was a sofa pop up. So bad we barely slept even if we were destroyed from walking all day. It was my fault for not paying attention because it was mentioned in the booking, I just think it would not cost much to have a normal bed, which would make everything perfect.

The location was fantastic. Everything was clean, the unit was well stocked, very spacious and once we were in, it was really nice.

The communication about doing a late check in was not great and we ended up having to wait on the street for a while despite communicating when we were arriving. Also, one of the two showers was broken and unusable.

We had the make an appointment for someone to meet us. Would have been nice to have a place to store bags while we waited.

- the sofa bed: awful, terrible!!! it was clear that it was a sofa-bed from the images when booking, but the mattress was way too thin…just add even a thick ikea one!

The apartment is located in the heart of historical centre. You can walk to Uffizi within a few minutes. The apartment has provided everything you need for a short stay. Very smooth check in.

The only thing we like is the location and the size of the property. But considering of what we have experienced, we could have booked a hotel with the price we paid.

1. Response time of the property manager was poor. We asked about the heater because it is not functioning. The weather is cold and raining and we have an infant with us. Unfortunately our watsapp message was just read and ignored. 2. The second bathroom door does not close. The wood has expanded and it no longer closes and fits. So you can only use one bathroom which is on the main bedroom. 3. The living room sofa smells. It badly needs shampoo and cleaning.
