The staff is very responsive, gives crystal clear instructions, and smooth check-in and check-out. Great location, with lots of good restaurants just downstairs. Imago mall is within walking distance.

The pillows are all very high. Only provided laundry powder, and it stuck or left white marks on my clothes.

Exceptionally clean apartment, I was very comfortable there for 5 nights. Air con and wifi appreciated. At first I thought it was a bit far away from everything but I soon realised that Imago shopping centre across the road is superior to the one in the main part of town as well as it's actually a pleasant walk from Jesselton point to the sutera ave mall along the waterfront if you're not in a hurry. Otherwise grab is easy to get anywhere. The apartment has a washing machine and plenty of hangers. There's a few convenience stores downstairs as well as good restaurants. You have everything you need while you are here.

a bit difficult to get the key..need to stop the car and find security guard for registration, then walking quite far to get the key in the mailbox. come back n go to main entrance for parking..parking also a bit far from unit..but the owner give clear instruction and video how to go to park and how to go to the unit.❤️

This property was so clean and appealing. It was in an amazing complex with beautiful restaurants on the ground floor and the top floor had a sensational pool to witness amazing sunsets. The apartment was luxurious with all of the extras - tea, coffee, washing machine, washing powder … it was all there! A ‘grab’ 5 rmb from the promenade - but the restaurants in this complex are way better.
