This was our kids first time coming to the beach. We had so much fun. Monica was amazing. The place was clean and the open concept made for us to be able to see the beach at all times. The kids enjoyed going out to the balcony to sit and watch the waves.

Owner was super responsive and eager to please. Condo and location was exactly as advertised and listed and well stocked. We had 5 children for a weekend and there was plenty of space and easy access to the beach. It may have been listed and I missed it, but the condo has a regular coffee pot so bring coffee and filters (not kcups). Other than missing my morning coffee, the stay was perfect.

Monica is a fantastic host and this property is truly amazing. Clean as a whistle, well-stocked, and great views! Monica also went above and beyond in working with the maintenance crew as they were scheduled to reseal the balcony during our stay but she got them to finish it before we arrived. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

Monica was the best host! Her condo was in a perfect location and her pictures were spot on! My friend and I take an annual “ girls trip” with our 6 year old daughters so this was the best of both beach and pool! Added bonus very close to OWA!!!

Clean - beautiful view - has everything you need for your stay. Front desk - helpful - All the other tenants that we met on the elevator, pool and beach were awesome. It is a short drive to the Wharf where we saw Eric Church and Lainey Wilson.

Monica was an amazing host and did an excellent job communicating before, during and after our stay. The location was amazing, very nice furnishings and everything was updated. My wife raved about the kitchen being stocked with everything she needs to cook which is typically not the case with our past experiences elsewhere. Monica was quick to remedy any needs. Thank you for an amazing vacation.

This place is amazing and so is Orange Beach! This was my family’s first time going, my wife and three teenager plus girls loved it! We can’t wait to come back and book the same place. The unit had everything you need and then some! What a great vacation!!

This place is great! Highly recommend. Right on the beach in a great building with good amenities. Nice, clean condo. We found the beach attendant and rented chairs which he had set up for us each day of our stay. Really nice. Owner is great on communication. If you eat out at a restaurant, go at an off time. They were very crowded (June). Know that if you stay longer than two days there are not enough supplies (toilet paper, paper towel, etc.) for duration of your stay so you’ll need to get that at the store.

We were very pleased with our unit. It was well located, very clean and provided all the linens, amenities we needed. Monica was quick to respond and the checkin/ checkout were smooth.

Our stay at the condo was amazing! The location is convenient, the beds are comfortable, the view is awesome and so much more! There was plenty of space for my family of 5. It’s such an easy walk to the beach each day! We enjoyed our stay so much and didn’t want to leave. We will for sure be coming back!

A short 3 day stay at this great condo. Owner was very communicative and responsive to needs. Location is great with easy access to the beach and some great restaurants nearby. Zeke’s which is across the street is highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time in Orange Beach Alabama..We rented a condo at Phoenix VI....The condo was wonderful with a great view of the ocean and pool..The six of us had plenty of room..Our hostess was very involved in our rental process from the beginning of our vacation until the end..Thsnk you Monica.. Perfect property, beaches, location and property owner!! Property was great for our family of 5. Monica checked in with us upon arrival and before departure to make sure all our needs were met:). The beach was like white powder and we didn’t want to leave. Made some really great memories and would highly recommend!!

Perfect vacation. This condo was beautiful and the view was spectacular. I would definitely stay here again. Great size for a family of 5. Excellent location. The host was extremely welcoming and responsive, answering any questions I had. I really appreciated her hospitality and attention to detail, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

We were only there for one night but we will be back! We and our 2 teen boys had such a wonderful stay in this immaculate condo. Our favorite place was the balcony and the view. It was absolutely gorgeous. We will definitely be back when we can stay longer. Thank you Monica for being such a sweet host ❤️

First off I want to say this property manager knows what she's doing. She made sure to stay in contact with me doing our stay to make sure everything was going well. Condo was better than advertised. Clean, well decorated and...well, just perfect. View of the beach and water from the 8th floor was outstanding. Also being on the 8th floor keeps you away from a lot of the pool noise. You are just minutes east or west to of some excellent seafood restaurants. All in all our stay in OBA was well worth the trip and when we come back (and we will!) I will reach out to this same manager and stay here. I can't recommend this condo enough. My family loved this place!

This was a short but long over due vacation/husbands 50th birthday with my adult children and my 5 month old grandson! The condo was wonderful! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable! The view from the balcony was beautiful! I cannot say enough good things about the place! My experience with the homeowner was wonderful as well! Anytime we had a question before our vacation or during she promptly text/emailed me back! Overall I give this place a 10/10 and we will definitely be back next year!

This condo was so nice. Everything was upated and decorated so tastefully. The kitchen was fully stocked and had about everything you could need. Everything was VERY clean. Had a little goodie bag in the bathrooms which was great as I couldn't find my lotion for the first few days and it was a nice touch that came in handy. The covered parking spot was great as we were there on a holiday weekend and it was nice to have a guaranteed spot to park and to be able to unload at our own pace. There was sooo much wildlife to watch from the balcony which had a nice big table to enjoy meals or coffee. LOTS of dolphin sightings and lots of birds. Very close to restaurants and shopping. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions. Was probably the best all around condo we have stayed at in Orange Beach.

Perfect ocean front condo!
Absolutely GORGEOUS condo right on the water. Plenty of space for families, and the on-site pools were a bonus as well. The condo had everything we needed and is decorated beautifully. The owner had excellent communication throughout the process. Our family will definitely be coming back to Orange Beach and we all agreed to stay at this same condo. Thanks for hosting a beautiful place for our family vacation.

The condo was exactly like the photos on the listing. It was a lovely place to stay. The beach was the best we saw up and down in front of other complexes. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. We would absolutely return to this condo.
