The accommodations and the property are absolutely perfect. A peaceful environment and relaxing ambiance. The host is more than accommodating, as well. Think of a resort that you have to yourself. Seriously!! This will be my place every time I come to Phoenix now.

Beautiful property, peaceful very private. Wonderful outside area. Pool was refreshing. Rooster and chickens were a delight! Susan was a fabulous host. We enjoyed our time there and hope to return in the future.

The Red Rooster Inn is the perfect setting to unwind. We loved the poolside chill factor,
the lawn area to stretch, the bocce ball court, and the entertaining chickens and rooster. Our host, Susan, went out of her way to be attentive including having the bicycles repaired in a timely manner. (We especially enjoyed the bicycle built for two.)
We’ll be back whenever we come to Scottsdale!

Other than the Rooster waking up this morning person earlier than usual (Thrasher, who we came to love!), this was the most beautiful, quiet, relaxing and well kept place we have ever stayed,
Including 5 star hotels. Every detail was taken care of and we felt like treasured guests in a home rather than VRBO customers. Highly recommend!! The chickens and the rooster were just a bonus and fun to visit throughout our stay.

Susan was very accommodating and made us feel at home. The property is very expansive and we used the pickleball court a lot. The casita was very clean and it was great to have condiments available. The property had easy access to the events that we wanted to go to. We would love to visit again.

Susan and Ken are great hosts. Their yard is a oasis! Very quiet and relaxing. The guest house is perfect. I would definitely recommend staying at their place. You won't regret it.

Stunning Property!
We absolutely loved our stay here. It was like our own private resort! Everything we needed and close to everything. Also Susan and Ken the owners made our stay that much more amazing. They were the best hosts! We will definitely be returning soon.

Susan was such a wonderful host! She stayed up to welcome us and give us a quick tour of the property after we came in on a late flight. The property is even more spectacular than it looks online and we loved spending time by the pool and on the tennis court. Susan treated us like family and gave us fruit and freshly made lemonade from the trees on her property. We would love to come back here!

Absolutely Beautiful property
As many have said, the pictures- as gorgeous as they are- don’t do this place justice. Gorgeous outdoor area, and casita had all we needed and then some. We had a wonderful time.
