This was the second time we stayed at this condo of Ed and Linda's on St. Augustine beach. We are so happy with the place. Very clean! The balcony has a wonderful view of the ocean, pool, hot tub, courtyard and boardwalk; Fun ! The balcony had relaxing chairs and a table with chairs for meals, working, or games.. Perfect amount of Christmas decorations; not too many and just enough to remind you it is Christmas at the beach! All the appliances worked very well (grill on balcony, washer, dryer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, etc.). Ed and Linda were very responsive hosts; thoughtful and caring. Thank you Ed and Linda for allowing us to stay at your condo during Christmas.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. This was our 2nd time at CRC but 1st time in this unit. CRC has beautiful grounds/ocean views, big pool & very family friendly. There were also food trucks on site throughout the week which was a nice surprise.
We thought this unit was very nice. Super clean, nice furniture & tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked and quality cookware/utensils, etc provided. Nice balcony furniture, great views. Linda (owner) was really nice and responded quickly to any of my questions.
A previous review mentioned elevator noise which concerned me a little. The unit is directly across from the elevator (very convenient with kids). While I did notice a little humming noise sometimes, it wasn't bothersome at all (other family members didn't even notice it) & definitely would not let that be a deciding factor for renting this unit.
We had a great experience all around & I would highly recommend renting this unit!

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was very clean and the owner was very helpful and responsive to my messages. The kitchen was well stocked. Little details were present throughout the condo that made it have a special feel. Throw blankets, games, and DVDs were in the condo. We enjoyed the patio furniture, grill, and the beautiful view! The grounds were landscaped nicely. The pickle ball/tennis courts were also a plus. Being able to drive on the beach was very convenient. We highly recommend this unit at Colony Reef!

We had a wonderful time on our "spring break!" Linda and Ed's condo was perfect, the location, the atmosphere,view! Beds were comfy and clean. And I appreciated the extra fan in the bedrooms. I would definitely recommend and will book again!

We enjoyed our stay. The beach and pool are right there. The restaurants are not far. It is easy access to get anywhere you would like to go. The grocery and starbucks very close. The only thing is the unit is directly across from the elevator and it is noisey. You get woken up from it starting at 6am. The property needs to address this, not the unit owners. This would not stop me from renting this unit again, but was bothersome.

We LOVED this condo and the amenities of the property. An updated, beautiful condo with EVERYTHING we needed, and a PERFECT view from the spacious balcony. The proximity to the beach and size of the pool was perfect for my family. We loved every minute.
The owners were super nice and accommodating and helped us with literally anything we needed.

This property was everything and then some!! Awesome view, comfy beds, excellent location. All the little personal touches made you feel right at home. Our first annual sister getaway was absolutely PERFECT!!! The property managers, Linda and Ed, were awesome! We have NO complaints about anything. We have plans to return and do this again and again

The property was well stocked & extremely clean. I have never stayed in a condo this clean with everything we needed. The convenience of the elevator was a definite plus! And oh, the views were magnificent!

Great Place to Relax
The condo was clean, it has a better view of the beach than what the picture can show, the outdoor furniture was comfortable. Indoor seating was comfortable and it was well supplied with cooking and eating utensils. Linda was excellent to communicate and rent from, if there was any question she would respond within 5-10 minutes. Very professional.

Great condo
Linda's condo was very clean and nice! It was the perfect setup for my parents, my daughters and myself. Linda was easy to communicate with and very responsive and helpful. The reasons for 4 stars are the following:
-There were 2 separate times they turned off the water to our building to repair leaks. The first time they notified us but the second time they didn't. That's not something that you can just do without. We know it wasn't the owners' fault but still affected our stay.
- Some Tupperware type storage containers would be really helpful for the kitchen.
- The second bathroom and bedroom could use some updates, but not a deal breaker.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owners definitely go above and beyond to help!

Great location on 4th floor plus view of ocean & pool from patio. Condo very neat & clean. Kitchen well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, coffee pots, etc. we needed. Grandson gives it 2 thumbs up.

Owners Very Nice and Communicate well. But the personnel at complex management Office were just OK. We and Nobody by us on 4th floor could contact a Colony Reef Office person to fix Bldg-1 elevator early Sunday Evening. This might just be a simple issue for management -- but Not a Good Sign, Nevertheless, as a whole, our stay at this Unit was 4.5 / 5.

This was a wonderful property for our family vacation! The host had everything we needed!! The weather was awesome and we were minutes away from the grocery store. The balcony was mainly shady which was very nice for enjoying morning coffee. We would definitely stay again!!

We have stayed at several condos in Colony Reef, and this was one of the cleanest and best equipped. Great view from the balcony and conveniently located to the elevator. Would definitely recommend this condo.
