Great place! Would definitely stay here again. Lots of restaurants to choose from and easy walking distance to many sites in Seattle.

Communication was great and Eric was on top of everything to take care of any issues. The location is perfect to easily walk to Pikes market and piers. Many great restaurants around the block nearby. Macrina bakery next door is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the pool and sunset on the rooftop patio area. The condo itself was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We felt safe in the area and liked the secure building. We highly recommend this place. We completely enjoyed our Seattle experience staying here.

My family of 4 stayed here for 3 busy days of sight seeing in Seattle. The apartment is very well appointed with easy walking distance to most every main attraction you'd want to visit. Communication with owners was efficient and helpful. Eric met us to check us in and acquaint us with the building/apartment and was lovely. The condo is clean and modern with all the amenities you'd want with some thoughtful additions like Keurig pods, laundry pods, z-lock bags and Q-tips (which we were pleasantly surprised to find provided). Master bed was very comfortable and young kids were fine on the pull-out couch. There's a well stocked convenient store on the corner and plenty of restaurants in the area. Eric shared his favorite sushi spot (Japonessa) which we tried our first day and loved. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone wishing to visit Seattle!

We had an enjoyable stay in the appartment which was well equipped and the sofa bed was very comfortable. We particularly appreciated the swimming pool and A/C as we were staying during a heatwave.

Yep, perfect spot for the family to walk a large chunk of Seattle over a couple days. We only took the car out to get to Kerry Park and Fremont area.

The place is as described, looks like the photos, and is very conveniently located to walk to major tourist destinations. It’s super convenient to have a parking space and access to pool/fitness room was nice! All of that is exactly what I was hoping for when I booked. The downside - you do need to time your arrival with a human per condo rules which I was aware of and understand (this person was incredibly nice and helpful). Working on this timeline can be a little complicated when you’re driving and visiting family, but we managed it. Unfortunately, when we arrived (nearly two hours after check-in time) we were told our room hadn’t been cleaned because the cleaners had a flat tire. I get that life happens, but was disappointed that while we were expected to communicate about our arrival time, we were not given the same courtesy of communication about the room’s condition before our arrival. It took about 45-50 minutes to clean it. We were refunded $50 (1/2 cleaning fee) for this inconvenience. The second issue was internet connection. It often didn’t work at all. I did contact the host who was quick to get back to me and was told to unplug it, wait five minutes, and plug it back in. Ultimately, we found this would work for about an hour and then would need to be done again.

This was our first VRBO stay and we are so happy that we made the choice to try it. We stayed two nights and were able to easily access much of what Seattle has to offer. We felt safe to walk and it was easy to get to the train. The apartment was super clean and comfortable.

Extremely pleased with the condo's location and the free/secure parking. Walking distance to all the sites; only a 20 min walk to Lumen field as an alternative to the light rail. The couch bed was very comfortable; not at all like so many other pull-out couches. Amenities provided were perfect. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone staying in Seattle.

Really nice condo in a great neighborhood. Close to the Space Needle and Pikes Fish Market. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

The location is amazing. Pike place is walking distance, space needle is walking distance and lots of places to eat. I highly recommend booking this place before someone else does. It was clean and the check in process was very smooth. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The shower has very very good water pressure. My daughter slept on the sleeper sofa and it was so comfortable. I would book this location again. Kristin and Ron where very easy to communicate with.

It was a Great Short few days Stay. The condo was homie and exactly how its presented online. The Location was perfect. It has Great restaurants, great surrounding tourist attractions. Just downstairs there is an amazing Delicous Coffee Shop. The Building is safe and has security walk-through and around the area. There is also a Great convenient store steps away. The Neighborhood like any other major city have a few unpleasant characters. Be mindful of your surroundings. I'd definitely stay there again!

Coming into a large downtown area from small town USA, I'm sure many would love the location. The building was secure and we did feel safe inside. With our walking time to the Market place, there were several homeless laying in the sidewalks and people asking for money. Made me feel nervous as it's not like this near our home. Many rules, but nothing that wasn't reasonable. There were kids in the condo area and they were running through the halls. Never got to the pool or hot tub as it was always full. Think a great place for younger tourists.

Overall, we had a good stay at this property. Check-in was great and it was nice to be greeted by someone who walked us through everything. The building and apartment were very clean and well appointed, with good security protocols. The apartment was tight on space and sleeping arrangements for our group (2 adults, 7 year old and 4 year old). My wife and kids squeezed into the double bed, and I had to use the sofa bed (which was comfortable enough for sofa bed standards). The apartment may be better suited for 2 adults. My kids really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of great restaurants and coffee spots within walking distance. The host was responsive and pleasant.

Very secure building in a great location. Ten minute walk to Pike Place Market. Wonderful little bakery next door for delicious breakfast treats.

This condo is located in Belltown, which is about a 10 min walk to Pikes Market and a stones throw to pretty much any local bar or restaurant. Communication from day one was phenomenal and the check in process is easy. The condo is beautifully decorated, felt like we were at our home away from home. ❤️

The check in process was a bit more than we have had to do with previous vrbo rentals. You do need to meet with someone in person to go over the condo rules & have the check out procedure explained. The owner was very understanding that we wouldn't know our specific check in time until the day of & they communicated with us in a very timely manner to coordinate the meeting at check in. We picked this condo because of its proximity to the Pike Marketplace and the free parking that was included. We enjoyed the view of the courtyard more than we expected to. Condo was very clean. Easy walk to Pike Market. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Location was centrally located to take in all the sights. We walked to Pikes Place, the Space Needle, restaurants & tours. Place was very clean with plenty of plush towels & comfortable bedding for our stay. Would highly recommend!

This was an excellent place to stay: comfortable, great location, well-equipped. We visit Seattle frequently ( our son lives here) and this was our first time using VRBO. We will be back! And hopefully this apartment will be available again!

We were traveling with our 12yo son to Seattle for a cruise and this property fit the bill. Check-in: The hosts ask that you keep them posted about your arrival time. Even though I forgot until we were halfway there from the airport, they adjusted our time and we were met within a minute of arriving at the property. We were given the tour of the property, etc. and on our own. There were some snacks as well as a full complement of coffee and other things you need at a rental. The property was quiet, neat and comfortable - which is essential for vacation. Towels, etc. all good. The bed and bedding were comfortable but also, of great importance, the sofa bed was comfortable as well. Our son is a tall 12 1/2 yo and had a terrible bed at our stay just prior to arriving here - he was happy, rested and best of all NOT GRUMPY :-) The property has a nice courtyard view that was also a nice place to spend a few minutes decompressing after doing the tourist bit around town. However, best of all, there is a rooftop grill area with a tables, chairs and a great view of Elliott Bay. Anyone traveling with teens knows they need time online - it was a great time to enjoy a glass of wine, the view and, occasionally, other people. We didn't walk around too much at night but due to the amount of life and restaurants in the area, it felt safe. The bakery downstairs is worth visiting, there is a decent drugstore (Bartell Drugs) that has some minimal groceries just around the corner. There is a convenience store on the corner with a very nice young man there, friendly and engaging. Not something you come across in that type of store. Overall, we had a great time and this quality property was a big part of it. We also checked out for our cruise just a bit late, with their permission, and when I joked with Ron about "possibly not passing our covid tests" he graciously offered me an extension to get sorted. That was very kind and, thankfully, unnecessary. Check-out was a breeze. Send a text message to the number on the info sheet and you're done.
