Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles Notwendige. Die Lage ist super, der Blick aufs Meer ist toll und obwohl sich das Appartement direkt über Restaurants/Bars befindet, ist es ruhig gelegen.

Das Einzige was uns gestört hat, war, dass der Boiler bzw. der Mischer nicht funktioniert hat. Man musste lange auf warmes Wasser warten und dann kam sehr heißes Wasser. Die Temperatur war nicht wirklich regulierbar.

Hidden gem. Few tourists. Location and view were perfect. Close to train station Next to passeggiata Garibaldi.

The absolute perfect location! Sea views and in the area of good restaurants.

The view. Cleanliness.

Shower cubicle. The large paddle and the space to manoeuvre, too big and cubicle too small especially for men over 6ft tall .Parking. was a nightmare especially on the second day. A better explanation is needed in the booking information is required to assist people. We were 2 couples so the single beds in the adjoining room was not appropriate and we moved onto sofa bed so we could have the window and fresh air because there is no window in child's room.

The location was spectacular. In a historic building from which we could see a quaint little port from the window, with the sound of the waves and light chatter of people at cafes as we went to sleep at night. The porch let out on a little walk down to a private gate onto the port area. Cozy, well-apportioned. Convenient to the main Nervi bus stop and downtown Nervi, as well as the beach and the lovely beachside walking street.

Honestly almost nothing. It's tucked in off the street in a basement floor relative to the street side, but third floor relative to the port. We expected more moisture problems considering how old the structure was but aside from a tinge of septic smell now and again unless the windows were opened from time to time, it was perfect.

- Geography: Right on the small harbor / sea view - Big size of the flat - Bed: Matras was good, which is kind of rare (better than most bed I've had anyway)

- Street parking (it is more an Italian problem than a Booking.com one): there are a lot of cars, even in February (without any tourists) - Check-out at 10 am, which is too early
