Niché dans Osage Beach, ce charmant cottage pour 204 € par nuit est un génial option pour votre prochain pause Venez vivre des vacances reposantes dans un merveilleux petit lac "Kozy Kottage" situé à seulement 25 pieds de l'eau. Nos clients auront accès à un quai privé dans une crique tranquille. Vous pourrez profiter de tout un côté droit de la station d'accueil, chaises longues, une table de patio. Il y a un ascenseur pour un seul PWC, d'autres embarcations peut être liée à la face du quai pendant votre séjour. Les jouets de l'eau comprennent un toboggan, plongeoir, pédalo, canot et un grand watermat. Plusieurs gilets de sauvetage seront également fournis.

Il est la location de vacances les plus commodément situé au bord du lac! Situé sur mile marker 17. 2 sur le Osage, dans le "Old Ski Show" crique. Il est inférieur à 1 mile au large de Osage Beach Parkway off MO-54 - minutes du centre commercial Outlet, Wal-Mart, Dierbergs, Hy-Vee et de nombreux restaurants populaires de Osage Beach et la vie nocturne. Il est proche de nombreux amusant du lac arrête comme Dog Days, pantalons courts et RedHead Yacht Club par l'eau ou en voiture, Backwater Jack est la prochaine crique plus.

La vue depuis l'intérieur du chalet et de la grande terrasse est spectaculaire !! Il a une belle salle de séjour avec cuisine complète équipée avec des assiettes, des ustensiles, des pots et des casseroles, des appareils de taille complète et petits appareils tels que grille-pain, mixeur et micro-ondes. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 avec 2 chambres - une avec une reine lit l'autre avec un lit superposé. Tous les draps et les serviettes de bain seront fournis.

La terrasse extérieure spacieuse est à l'ombre de deux arbres monstre de chêne. Il comprend une belle vue sur le lac, tables de patio, plusieurs chaises et un barbecue à gaz pour barbecues.

"Kozy Kottage" est parfait pour une escapade en famille pour profiter d'un moment de plaisir au bord du lac des Ozarks !!!

This was our 3rd stay at Kozy Kottage. Great Hosts! Everything was great with the cabin and surroundings as we've experienced before. Looking forward to our stay #4.

The house is small. Fitted more for a couple or family with very young children. It is cute and has amenities. At first glance it appears to be clean. But could use a good deep cleaning and attention to detail on several levels. If your a tall or large person it will be difficult or impossible to use toilet due to a very tight and cramped bathroom. The home uses a septic tank with no ventilation. The toilet paper stored under the sink and all towels and linens smelled of mold and sewage. Under the lip of the shower wall was a thick coating of mold growth. The home smelled of Glade plug in mixed with mildew and mold. All our cloths, worn or not along with our personal pillows had to be washed when we returned home. The driveway is on Extremely steep incline that is not fully described in the profile. The walk from the carport to the house is difficult for anyone, but almost impossible for anyone who has health concerns or elderly. The owners live next door and the property is under continual surveillance. A camera is directed at the front door that has uncovered windows. If someone walks in front of the door from the inside, the camera turns on and blasts a light into the house. The feeling of being continually watched lingered for the week of our stay. The hosts were not as personable as noted in others reviews or as hospitable in person as they were when we messaged prior to our stay. We made the best of the accommodations since we committed over 1K$ nonrefundable

Nice, clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Loved the outdoor space with deck, dock, lounge chairs, tables, slide, diving board, lily pad, floaties etc. Also a paddle boat and canoe to get out on the water in the cove. Location is close to Walmart, restaurants, grocery, plus any lake destination points. If you like to get your workout in, Central Fitness is close and has reasonable day/week passes. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Karen was absolutely amazing. The cottage was so clean, so cute and so cozy. The dock was beautiful, deep water for swimming and fishing. Sunsets were absolutely gorgeous and it was literally 5 to 10 minutes from everything. You will not find a cuter and nicer cottage in this location. They had everything you needed for fun on the lake and for any cooking needs. You will not be disappointed in this property. We are already planning on coming back!

We booked this property to get away for a few nights before school started, and it was a perfect getaway. The cottage is small, but appointed with everything you would need, and it's right on the water. You have access to one side of the dock, and there is a water slide, diving board, paddle boat, and canoe that you can use. There are also floatation devices and fishing rods. My seven and twelve year olds loved it, and didn't want to leave the property, even to eat. We would definitely book again, and plan to do so in the near future.

We enjoyed staying at the kozy kottage so much! Place was very clean, had all the essentials, beds were comfortable, and the perfect size for 3. We also really enjoyed the large deck and dock. The dock also had every thing you need with lots of chairs, a slide, diving board, paddle boat, floats, and a canoe. The owners were so nice and showed us how to use everything. Would definitely stay again. We loved it, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful and great location in a cove. Very Clean property. Wonderful hosts and awesome fishing. My husband and I enjoyed our 3 night stay so much we wanted to stay longer. So we will book a 4th or even a 5th night next time and be bringing the kids back with us.

My girlfriend and son and I went there for the weekend for my son's bday. He brought his boat and put in at PB2 which is about 5 miles away. There's no place to park your boat in the driveway as it's an extremely steep hill. He left his truck and trailer a PB2 until the day we left. The house is small but was perfect for us 3. Everything was supplied, including ice and filtered water in a large jug with a pour spout in the fridge, salt/pepper, oil for cooking, all utensils, etc., towels, linens, coffee maker and coffee. There's a beautiful view from the deck. It's a short walk down to the dock. My son was able to tie his boat up to the dock. He fished (bass) all of the cove and a few other coves nearby. He was able to plug in his battery chargers on the dock. It's close to all the shops, restaurants, etc. We drove the boat to and ate at Backwater Jack's, just one cove over. It's a really nice place, and we met one of the owners, who was super nice. It's definitely a great place for a small party.

It was a good find. It was everything it advertised. No issues with anything. Perfect fit for my daughter and granddaughter and myself. Cozy, clean, well equipped, and on the Lake, with access to the dock for fishing and water fun. It fit our needs, but if you are considering 4 adults, it could be a bit more cozy .

This Kozy Kottage was exactly as described and then some. It felt like a home away from home. The extra amenities provided were so thoughtful and useful. The weather was cold during our stay. We would have like to enjoyed being outside more, but was so thankful for the view you get from inside, as we got to watch the eagles soar.

Had a very relaxing stay at Karens' Kozy Kottage. Karen and Craig were great hosts everything was very clean and coffee on the deck every morning was the best. Rented a tritoon from WFO boat rental just one cove over and kept it overnight at the cottage. Very nice property.

My wife, two sons (8 and 6) and I enjoyed the stay. Perfect amount of space for us, right on the water, and the boys loved the slide and diving board. Caught a few bass, catfish and bluegill right off the dock. Will be back 100%.
