Great location for beach holidays. The apartment is functional and has got all you need for your sta

The apartment being equipped with everything you needed for a stay, from a beach umbrella up to the dishwasher and aloe vera aftersun cream. The location was 5 min walking distance to the Malvarosa beach.

Ocassional noise made by the running kids in the apartment upstairs.

Good value accomodation, good location.

Close to the beach, 5 min walk. Easy to get into town (once you get to know where are the bus stops. Due to Fallas festival, the buses operated on a detour line) The house was spacious.

Not the most modern house.

Close to the beach, safe area, host was nice.

Host didn’t speak English but we managed. No A/C in bedrooms.

excellent stay

The location was excellent. Miguel met us late as our flight was delayed. He was very helpful. well equipped apartment with plenty of sleeping areas. very clean and spacious.

Great location. Very close to the beach and near bus stations. Kind host, though he doesn't speak English.

comfortable apartment for 5 persons or more if you accept to share matrimonial bed

the location. near the beach. very quiet during the night. well equipped : dishwasher, washing machine , Netflix , toaster, microwave, oven etc..

the shower !!!! it’s difficult to get constantly hot water on the shower : sometimes very cold, sometimes very hot .

Superb

Spacious, big apartment, enough space for large families. Kitchen fully equipped. Two bathrooms.

Cleanness of the kitchen & fridge could be improved for better comfort.

Exceptional

It is a very pleasant trip. The host is nice and friendly. Due to flight delay, we arrived almost midnight for check-in but Migual still waited for us and showed us facilities patiently. The location is also exceptional which is only five minutes to the beach by walk. It is also convenient to city center as there is direct bus line nearby. Supermarket is only 5 minutes on foot. The room is spacious and clean with all necessary facilities provided.

A very enjoyable few days away with our grandchildren

The provision of a shopping trolley which helped with the transport of water, milk and other groceries from the nearby supermarket! A visit to BioPark is recommended and was enjoyed by our 12 & 14 year old grandchildren.
