The location was superb, it is well decorated, has all the necesites you could ask for.

The bathrooms could be renovated too and one of them needs somewhere to put shower essentials. Also, the water pressure in the sinks is not very good, other than that is AMAZING.

Absolutely amazing location, very comfortable stay and superb view for New Year Fireworks.. The apartment is excellent, totally according to description and photos provided.

Bathroom does not have much space to keep the toiletries. The bedsheets are quite old (a lot of pellets)

Fantastic views on the beach. All modern appliances and nice decor. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. Two bathrooms. Good security with reception to buzz you in and out. Right in Gonzaga so good location. Hosts were very helpful for any issues or questions and responded quickly. Self checkin was easy. Overall it is a superb property.

Just be careful to not adjust the Wi-Fi cables or router. I was working from the apartment and had issues when I used the cables for the laptop. Also remember to lock the front door when in and out or the door will be open. Some strong draft and noise in the windows and balcony doors during high winds so paper helps to plug gaps and keep firm. No cleaning products for kitchenware and washing machine but there is a supermarket nearby if needed.
