It was a nice hotel

Shower wasn't clean very good. I had to get cleaning supplies from front desk and clean the shower.

Exceptionally quiet, great beds and pillows, very spacious room with ample seating and amenities.

Would have loved a luggage rack, but beyond that- everything was perfect.

I had requested, at the time of booking which was weeks before our arrival, that our rooms be close together because we were traveling with young children. I called to remind them and ensure that this was done. the man I spoke with was extremely rude and said that he couldn’t help me because I had booked through booking.com. When we arrived, we found that our rooms were not even on the same floor. Again, the staff were very rude and blamed Booking.com

Loved the luxury, very quiet.

The d ishwasher leaked and the bathtub spigot dripped

The greeting, the overall look of the facility. Seemed like it is a relatively new place.

The fire truck siren that occurred a few times in the night. Not the hotel’s fault but we heard it.

no breakfast. The hotel needs another entrance/exit site. Very hard to cross eight lanes of traffic driving the opposite side of hotel.

staff we left a couple things behind. I contacted the hotel and was given an email to send a shipping label to. they said they didn’t get the label. have a second email which doesn’t work. ups says label was sent. I’m now out the money for shipping and my things. ugh. if the manager Cheryl would have given the correct email to send the label to

the toilet paper holder was broke.
