we lost everything in hurricane ian- had a family wedding in Franklin we couldn't miss and stayed here- it was amazing-owner so kind and his assistant Emily too. Beautiful relaxing stunning place! Wish we could have stayed forever - much needed sanctuary before hurricane clean - Go stay here if you can! Blessings and blessed

beautiful house and property. Private setting and great for walks or jogs. Staff are present and very accommodating. close to Kroger and other shopping yet very private. Great sound system in the house. It was fun touring the music studio during our stay. We did not hear any construction (addition to house) during our weekend stay.

Master bedroom a bit dated and could use new carpet, a few leaky faucets in sink and shower. The large copper bathtub in master is for decoration only, no faucet. There is a new addition being added to the house so likely all those things will be updated when that is complete.

The Cottage provided the perfect quick retreat for our family. The Dark Horse estate is a unique and beautiful property that we enjoyed very much. Robin, Emilee and the staff that gave us a tour of the recording studios were wonderful to work with and very accommodating. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

It was a cozy and inspirational home. It is a unique and private setting…..with the comforts of home and yet the grounds are home to a recording studio….. The location is actually perfect Franklin isn’t far…..and the owner and staff were wonderful and informative.
