La maison de style duplex se trouve sur une crique tranquille et sans réveil. Vous aurez accès à la jetée en béton originale des années 1950, une douche extérieure et des patins de bateau couverts. Il y a deux patios spacieux avec cheminées, salle à manger et salon et vue imprenable sur le lac. Le décor haut de gamme et créatif de l'intérieur ouvert s'étend sur les styles rustique, moderne, pays et urbain. Les thèmes de conception uniques qui célèbrent l'amusement de la vie sur l'eau ajoutent de l'intérêt à chacune des huit chambres et neuf salles de bains de la maison. Le vaste plan d'étage à deux niveaux de la maison comprend deux cuisines, un bar-café rustique et une salle abondante pour se divertir. En bas, la barre humide du cercle avec ses nombreux téléviseurs est parfaite pour les réunions ou le jour du jeu.

This is an absolutely lovely property. We booked the place for a girls trip and it was wonderful. Plenty of space for eight people, all of whom had their own bedroom and bathroom. The decor is sleek, modern yet cozy. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed for cooking and serving meals. The weather was so cold that weekend, we never left the house! Yet we had a great time simply hanging out in this spacious, beautiful property. We will definitely book this place again!

The INCORRECT Wi-Fi name and password were initially sent to me. "LOLHI" which seemed odd at first. When we arrived at the property and tried connecting, the info was not found/not valid.
Numerous attempts were made to the phone number provided for the Property Manager, Blake.
My phone calls and voice message went Unanswered for a while. I then decided to TEXT and got a response finally!
I was given totally different Wi-Fi log-in information. LAKETIME. How do you mix those two up?!

No APOLOGY for the inconvenience nor EXPLANATION was offered on why or how the wrong info was provided from the beginning. LOLHI.
Also, there was a bag of trash that was left in the lower private kitchen pantry upon my arrival at the property.
BEWARE: If a problem arises, the property manager never answers the phone.

Perfect vacation lake house. Beautiful, very clean, quiet location. Beds and pillows very comfortable. We really appreciated a well stocked kitchen as far as utensils, cookware, dinnerware, etc. Great communications with owner/manager. Exceeded expectations!

Perfect property for our family of 13! The house was spacious, included 2 separate kitchens/living rooms, and 2 large decks with more than enough room to accommodate everyone. The house was tucked away in a cove which was great for swimming, fishing, and hanging out on the dock. Next to the dock was a boat slip with a short easy ride to the main lake. Will definitely stay again if we’re ever in the Ozarks!

The place was perfect for our party of 20. Easy access to anywhere on the property no matter where you are in or outside of the building. Surrounding neighbors were very welcoming.

This property is everything it shows and then some. The only down side is that all bedrooms have only one bed in them (either a queen or king).

This is our Second year staying at this property and we are very pleased. There were enough bedrooms and space for everyone and plenty of room for Cooking. I just love the two full kitckens! Communication with the owners was just a Text away! Cant wait to book next years Stay. Thank you to thw Werners for opening their home to us. Its absolutely Beautiful

Surprised my group of buddies with this property for a trip and they loved it! Couldn’t help but “ooo” and “aahhhh” for the first couple hours of being there 😂Awesome place to stay, even in the winter months, would be even more amazing in the summer!

This was amazing and perfect for a couples getaway. It was very convenient to have two kitchens with 3 dishwashers and ovens we really had a great time. The owners are very responsive and helpful. It could of been cleaner and there was a delivery of chairs that took up a lot of the upstairs living space. Would recommend to anyone with a big group!

We stayed at the property for Thanksgiving weekend and it was wonderful. Everything you could possibly need was provided for you. It was so nice that everyone had their own bedroom and direct access to a bathroom from their bedrooms. We would definitely go back.

All communication prior to arrival was top notch. After check-in, the communication was non-existent. The downstairs ceiling had a leak, and maintenance was sent out to fix right away, but there was no follow up or apology for the inconvenience. We had to clean both ovens, the entry floor, and the upstairs kitchen area. We communicated this, along with about 10 other items via email, still no response or apology as of today 11/12/2022. The cleaning fee is not on the lower end. Between the initial cleaning we did upon arrival to the extensive check-out procedures with cleaning after yourself (or you may be penalized by fees), it was extremely disappointing. The property is stunning. Location is great. I want to say this is a “one off” moment for the property owners/managers, and hope the review is met with an opportunity for improvement.

The house was great for a large group. The location was good and the house had a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms. The house could have been a little cleaner and we couldn’t figure out how to turn on a couple of the TV’s in the bedrooms but overall it was great. We would definitely rent this house again! Thanks!

My family does a reunion every other year at Lake of the Ozarks. This house was amazing and fit our family well. We would rent it again for sure. Some basic maintenance issues need to be addressed but nothing that impacted our overall stay.

Beautiful home!
The house was as beautiful as the pictures—just could have used a little more cleaning. Regardless, we very much enjoyed our stay. The family enjoyed fishing from the dock, and the nice quiet cove was perfect for the kids paddle boarding and kayaking.

Great location, neighborhood, and layout
16 of us met up at Lake of the Ozarks for the first time... ages ranging from 7 to 68. We had a blast. The house is located at the end of a cove and you have your own boat docks and swim dock. We swam, fished, and rented a boat while we were there. Being near the back of the cove made it nice because there was less water traffic and people so it was relaxing and fairly quiet. The owners were easy to contact. While the house is nice, I would say that it is in need of some maintenance. I made a list and sent it to the owners so it will be up to them to repair the items that need it (i.e. outside of house needs powersprayed, dock lights dont work, ceiling fans in several rooms would change speeds, freezer door broken, etc). Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed the stay.
