was greeted on arrival by Antonia with keys and a tour round the penthouse apartment floor 3, all very good and as described, bed was comfy and sea view was super. the shower had good power and hot water, kitchen facilities were good although the toaster is a breville type not UK slot type. could have used some egg cups and possibly another frying pan and a teatowel, but otherwise there was washing up liquid liquid and washing powder for the machine in the bathroom. The BBQ facilities in the garden were good as was the hot tub and sauna too. the local bus service is excellent we travelled to Split, Podstrana ans Omis, buses run every 30 mins and there are also local minibuses in between too (2 Euros any stop)

Just would like to point out that the season does not start until 1st June so there was very little open in the nearby vicinity, except Porat bar but only for drinks (food starts on 1st June!) there was a small restaurant Konaba Gospoja 2 doors away which was good for food from 2pm onwards. There is very little within walking distance in May, the Cuga and M Caffe bars were also shut as was the paddle board hire place until 1st June. On the plus side is that you have the beach to yourself! but take beach shoes as very gravel like.

We had a lovely stay in Podstrana. The staff was super friendly and caring. Room was very clean at arrival and the AC is a big plus on top! We will definitely come back. Thanks again for this unique stay. Xx

The appartment was nice, clean with two bathrooms. The most amazing was washing machine and oven, which makes your stay comfortable. The building was new, clean and really worth to stay there.

We struggled with two problems only: 1. Polluted beach and surroundings of appartments - the beach is full of sea plants, yeah it is natural that this happens but if we compare neighboring beaches, where every morning the staff cleaned that see plants, on the beach where apartment adriatic is it was dirty. It requires every day 10-15 minutes of work to bury it or once a time take care of this. We came every day with full swimwear of these plants. Same it is with close to beach hotel surroundings - lot of old things which nobody cares of and it is there as it was junkyard. As I wrote these ste the opposites as the apartment and location is beautiful. Same as quality of the staff… I think not a lot of work needed to solve it as beaches 30 m away are clean… 2. Creaking pull-out bed: The bed is new but if you make in the night any move the noisy sound was crazy. But this was ok

Beautiful quality apartment, modern design, immaculate condition within walking distance to the beach. It was so good I didn’t want to leave!! Definitely will be coming back.
