Apartment 5 was clean and spacious. Had a narrow wrap around balcony with distant view to the sea one side and mountains the other. Only 1 air conditioning unit in the apartment based in the living room but was more than enough to cool the whole apartment . The swimming pool was a good size. Owner was very responsive to messages. Going to the beach, supermarket, restaurants and bars is all down a steep hill, however on getting to the main road which is mid way to the beach are a few restaurants and bars. Further down onto the beach much more up market shops and restaurants.

Not having a car or motorcycle made climbing up the very steep hill back to the apartment a struggle. Definitely not recommended for the elderly or unfit, even reasonably fit people. No TV channels at all, the owner apologised saying they were waiting on fibre optic connection. Some of the poolside loungers need replacing. The addition of a handrail to enter/exit the pool would be beneficial. The jacuzzi in the pool was not working. WARNING: if you are flying home from Split airport give yourself extra time as the road is very busy and will cause you delay.

Nice clean apartment with a beautiful view. Very welcoming, friendly and flexible host with whom communication went quickly and flawlessly. There were plenty of parking space available. Nice pool area with a grill.

The host is very kind and helpful. Due to a special health problem, we traveled more than planned and he was willing to solve this. The accommodation is very pleasant, equipped with everything, with a very high-quality pool. The sea can be reached on foot, it is slightly more difficult to come back uphill.

Very good and helpful host, always on the call and tries to handle any problems that might be. Very clean and comfortable pool with jacuzzi. 8 parking places per 8 flats. Flat was spaceous and clean with big balcony. About 15 minutes walk to the beach through tunnel. Beach is clean. WiFi speed is abt 10 mbps.

Good sized living room and kitchen/breakfast room. Balcony where you can have meals. Another balcony to hang out washing. Lovely sea view from the 4th floor.Barbecue and dining area next to the pool. Would’ve been even better if there was a fridge there too. Owner was very helpful and friendly.

It was exactly what we were looking for. Comfortable, spacious apartment in Podstrana - with a pool and walking distance from the beach and supermarket. The host was extremely responsive and really lovely and helpful! You can get a day pass at the meridian 5 minutes walk away if you want to enjoy a quieter beach than the main public one. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Didn’t realise there was no A/C in the bedrooms so it was a bit hot for August.

The apartment is new, very nice and very very clean. The swimming pool is an additional comfort. The host is always available to support the guests. Recommended.
