We enjoyed our stay here. The views were great and the unit was well supplied-- it even had coffee filters-- which is something that is often missing with VRBO bookings.

We were just there for a couple nights, but had a great stay. The location really makes it special. The only issue we had was that the washer didn’t always drain, and it took forever for a load to wash. Overall, we’d definitely stay again.

Everything clean, orderly. Kitchen fully stocked. Lots of codes to remember so I suggest putting them on a little card and keeping with you at all times. Beach just a short walk from the property and I was impressed by how clean it was, and very safe. We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo and can't wait to visit again

We enjoyed our stay. The condo had a beautiful view and because it is the last condo on that side of the beach (and Labor Day week), it wasn't crowded at all. The condo has almost everything you need... including beach chairs, a wagon (although we had our own), flashlights for walking on the beach at night or watching the crabs, as well as whatever you needed inside. The only thing we couldn't find was measuring spoons, so we just used regular spoons and estimated. We would definitely consider staying there again and recommend it to others.

We had a great time there. It’s a absolutely gorgeous apartment. Big bedrooms abs clean bathrooms. Very ample kitchen supply and smooth communications of any questions. All you need is close by. Online pictures don’t do the justice of this condo.

This place exceeded our expectations! The view is gorgeous! You can see the beach from almost every room. The owners put a lot of thought into the amenities and the place is sparkling clean! Best view - super clean - fully stocked!
The pictures online don't do it justice - it is MUCH better!! The view has to be the BEST on the island...the condo is VERY roomy and very comfy bed. Kitchen stocked to the max. Recommend this highly. And the last condo on the beach, so not many people on this section of beach. Loved everything about it!

Home away from home but with an ocean view
The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything that we might need for an enjoyable stay. Everything seemed to be of the highest quality. The automatic blinds were great. The only thing that would be an improvement would be a shade for the door to the balcony.

A great getaway!
This property is a gem! The property is immaculate and fit our group of four very comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked and the linens are clean. The view is fantastic, the beach is easily the best in Texas (the pool is very nice, too) and there is a lot to do on the island. I had to log on to my computer a couple of times for work and had no problem accessing the internet. Thank you Ed and Kathy for sharing your home, you have a wonderful place and we’re already talking about heading back down next year!

Perfect location!
We had an excellent time at Sea Vista! The beach is just steps away and not crowded at all. The location is perfect for kids! The condo was very clean. The kitchen and pantry were both very well stocked making it super easy to cook meals at the condo. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels provided. No beach toys. Be prepared for mosquitos morning and evening. Owners very easy to communicate with. We absolutely loved this place and would certainly rebook a stay here!!! Highly recommend!

This condo exceeded expectations for sure. I have stayed at a lot of places and none have been this well stocked. The view was just the icing on the cake. Will certainly be back.

Awesome location and easy access to the beach. Condo had everything we needed and more! Beds were comfortable and view was amazing! Area was quiet and everything went according to plan. Will definitely come back again!

We had a great week at Sea Vista 418. It had everything you could possibly need. The location as the last condo on the south end was our favorite. The beach was amazing! We hope to return in the future.
